After the day Kal knew that Clio likes someone, he doesn't stop bothering the girl just to ask who she likes. Because of that action, Clio has decided to ignore the man and become distant from him.
It was quite obvious to their friends and to Eli that something's going on between this two. Like what is what is currently happening at the mall.
Kal attempts to hold the shopping bags from Clio's hands but she stopped him.
"Kal, how many times do I have that I can hold my stuff because it is not that heavy?!"
"And how many times do I have to tell you Clio that as your male bestfriend, it is my duty to take care of you."
"I am not a child. I can take care of myself. Just stay away from me." Clio walk away as Kal just looks at her and quickly follows.
Meanwhile, you can see that Anthony, Luca, Phoebe, Jason, and Eli are enjoying the show. They even have their own popcorn.
As they follow the two love birds, no... The two quarreling pair, Anthony asks Eli about Clio's feelings.
Which Eli just answered, "Clio have decided to ignore and to become distant towards Kal because of her feelings."
They already knew about that because it was quite obvious.
"Don't you think that Kal is too stupid to not notice of Clio's feelings? I mean, it is too obvious." Anthony agreed to Luca's statement as he also supports it by saying...
"He is too stupid and oblivious that he can't even know that Clio ignoring and staying away from him. How did he become our friend?!" Anthony is too done of Kal's attitude.
He knows that Kal is lucky to have Clio as his friend, but don't be too dumb. Clio is too good for him, she's like the ideal type of every guys in their university.
"He is also our friend and we don't know how we became close to him. By the way, are you going to his birthday party?" Jason asked.
Everyone nod. 3 days from now is Kal's birthday and everyone was invited to go. Even Clio, who doesn't want to go, was dragged by her brother.
Phoebe finally remembered something important as he saw Clio and Kal leaving the mall.
She said, "I nearly forgot. Eli, your mom called her yesterday. I heard that they are planning to make Clio stay with them in US."
"THEY MADE HER WHAT?! NO!!!"
Eli run towards her sister and drag her to the parking lot with their friends who are following them.
As soon as they arrive, he quickly questions her.
"How can you not tell me that mom called you yesterday?! Did you already agree to go with them?!"
Clio was shocked as she turned to look at her friend, Phoebe, who just gave her a peace sign. Clio sighed at looks at Anthony and Luca as she signalled them to leave with Kal.
After they left, leaving Eli, Clio, Phoebe, and Jason, the latter starts to explain.
"Okay... Eli, I know that it is something that I should not kept as a secret but, yes. Mom called yesterday and she wants me to live with them in US and continue my study there, which I reject."
Hearing Clio's answer and explaination makes Eli feels confused. He knows that her little sister wants to live with their parents in the US. But now that they want her to live with them, she just decline it?
"Clio, I am not mad. I knew that living with our parents in US is your dream but why..." Eli just realized the reason of Clio's decision to stay here.
He can't help but to facepalm.
He asked her, "You can't leave Kal, don't you. You love him so much that you can't help but to stay beside him."
A tear fell from Clio's eyes. She feels stupid to fell in love with an oblivious guy.
She hugged her brother for a while before she received a message. She looked at it and saw Kal's message.
'From Clio:
Love hurts. Especially if you like someone who doesn't like you. Just tell me who hurts you and I will punch him on his face. Stop crying, you are too beautiful and precious to cry over a man.'
She show it to Phoebe and Jason who feels ridiculed about it.
"This Mr. Oblivious. Yeah! He should punch his own face!" Jason exclaimed before eating his popcorn.
Phoebe agreed.
She told Clio that, "Kal is stupid enough to not notice your feelings and not to like you. You are too precious to be dumped."
Clio can't help but to laugh and smile. She offered a ride for Phoebe and Jason, which they accepted. After that, they went home.
As soon as they got home, they saw Kal waiting for them on their front door. They walk towards him as Eli leave them alone.
"I will wait for you inside, Clio."
Clio nods as her brother enter their home.
The 2 friends suddenly felt awkward. This is the first time that they were left alone. To break the silence, Kal starts to talk.
"Clio, who is the guy that you like?"
Feeling shocked of Kal's question, Clio lowered her head as she attempts to go inside her home. But she was stopped when he grabbed her wrist, making her to look at him.
"Why are you protecting him? I wanna punch him because he hurts you."
Clio suddenly felt ridiculed. She knows that she can't confess to him. She knows that she can't answer that she likes him.
She just looked at Kal and said...
"I'm tired, can I go inside my house already?"
Just like that, Kal suddenly realized that his friend doesn't want to talk about the guy she likes. Kal finally realized that Clio is starting to distance herself from him.
He let go of his hold on her wrist as Clio enters her house. Kal just went to his house, dumbfounded.
"Why is she staying away from me?"
Meanwhile, Clio fell on her knees as she felt a pain on her chest.
She walks towards her room and silently cried. Clio finally knows that Kal is never going to like her because all of his sweet gestures towards her is only normal for his female friend.
"I should have not assume that he will going to like me. He doesn't even notice my feelings towards him."
She hates being in love with Mr. Oblivious.
