Being Lost is one of my speciality… not always…. but at times. Still I never lose my hope find the light in the darkness….
After losing the directions I wandered through various corridors and passages. Then at the end of one corridor there was a room with big birds embossed on its wooden door. They resembled same one like my tattoo I guess. The four birds were forming a square, each one behind the other as if they are aiming for their tales but are only one inch behind. All the other rooms very still opened yet this very door was looked and it didn't had any keyhole in it.
("My my …. Is it locked with some spell?")
Wait… there was a missing shape near one of the bird. It looked like a keyhole yet not the one. But the missing piece was like a small stone. A stone?.... my hand unconsciously went towards my pocket which reminded me of the stone that grandpa gave me in the antique stone…
("Hmmm..let us give it a try.")
I took it out and placed it in the missing piece and it was exactly the size!
("Bloody hell …. It fitted!")
The stone got in fit and the border of the door started moving which consisted of small marbles that moved in lined around the border. The birds slightly moved inside as the they caught each other's tails with their beak and it formed a diamond from a square. Their eyes with rubies glowed for a moment before opening the door.
Originally, all the rooms had tremendous glow all over the walls and shined like gold. Yet this room situated at the corner had a gloomy atmosphere and the darkness all over. The light entering the room only made some part visible but still was total darkness inside. The room seemed be as large as the other rooms yet I couldn't sensed any furniture there.
("Just an empty room? ")
It was too dark inside and I didn't saw any source to light it up.
[confused ] I was going to go back but something sparkled at the corner of my right eye in the darkness. Looking towards right I walked a few step in that direction where is stumbled upon a small pillar about 4 ft and had a glass cage on it. It looked like there was something in it like a precious stone. As soon as I touched the glass, the stone began to glow in red light that's when I noticed the symbol engraved on it. The glow was enough to make the other stone beside it visible for me.
("Huh! There is one more?..Wow(chuckles)")
There was another stone glowing in green light and yet beside it there was another glowing Blue, beside it which was purple glow and beside it was the one glowing in white light. 5 precious stone with each one engraved with a design, kept in a dark room, Why?
When I touched them, they all glowed in the dark. Well it was beautiful yet,
"What are they???"
They glowing like gemstones in a mine. The symbols were resembling the element I guess.
("The RED one had a fire like sign, the GREEN one had a initial P?..Oh no wait…it's a tree, so it must be earth element, the BLUE one had 2 wavy lines… depicting water, the PURPLE one had a spiral which must be air element while the WHITE one had symbol like Infinity…for spirit?... they are just like Roger told….but why are they here?")
As I was in my thought I saw a sudden black smoke emitting out of nowhere. It was trying to cover the glass and the light. Even in this darkness it was visible enough to notice it. As soon as it started emitting it became uncomfortable to stand near it. The emotions deep inside were being influenced here. Anger, fear, frustration, resentment and anxiety were being controlled by something as if I will be swayed away by this and my mind might go crazy. Still some part of my mind knew that it was just an ILLUSION and I had to get out of this. My deep memories with my parents, friends and others were evoked. It was like a video being played continuously in my mind. I was covered in sweat all over with my feet trembling. Unable to move and my strength vanishing, I forcefully took some steps ahead where I stumble to rest on the glass. Again the white light started to glow to its fullest, brightening the room. The smoke retreat away from the glass; eventually fading my negativity; I could sense the clearing….("Nothing?....It feels like I am suddenly invisible!...But first lets get out of here!"), so I made my way towards the door. Near the door I noticed a stone under my foot which was the stone I place in the missing piece. I picked it up and rushed out of the door. Panting out with all the sweat I just crashed down there itself.
"What the hell was that?..huff.. Huh(sigh).." It almost felt like I was diffusing a bomb which was about to blast! Almost like a movie scene.
I turned back to take took at the door which was locked again as I saw it for the first time.
("Forget it! Let me find Roger first!")
I ran through the stairs but even so, everyplace was filled with unfamiliar faces. A the end of a long pathway on the 3rd floor there was a small balcony decorated with various magical flowers, creepers, etc. The setting sun that reflected on the buds, created a masterpiece of nature. In there, between flowers, stood Lan. He was busy watching the sunset that he could hardly sense me near him. The handsome man with masculine perfect body with russet brown eyes standing under the magenta sky was a splendid combination.
("hehehe (drooling).. he gave the vibes of Male Lead…. He is just a perfect example of male model… girls would have definitely went crazy if he was an idol…gosh so handsome!!")
" Lan! "
"A..Ariya, where were you? I was searching for you? Are you alright?...please don't leave like that again…." He spoke calmly with a sadden face.
"Yes Lan I am fine. And I am sorry I went out like that … I won't leave like this again…I met Fiona in the garden and then…(should I tell him about the stones?)"
"then?"
"Nothing… why are you standing here all alone…and sad…is something bothering you?"
"This place recalled some memories with my mother…. I miss my mother…."
"Lan …don't be sad…she must be happy for you have grown into a healthy, handsome, strong man..and …you have me (shy)…(smile)"
His face enlightened with a big smile and red ears. It reminds me of how cute he can be sometimes…that it can literally kill someone.
"Let us go back. Roger and Leo must be waiting for us."
