Ah, it's been a while. There are even three skills to evolve; let's see what routes there are.
[Pulverize]
[The user closes their jaws with extreme force. Focused heavily on crushing and pulverizing the target rather than any piercing damage from teeth.]
[Gravity Crush]
[The user's jaws clamp down their jaw with extreme force, and with a gravity magic enhancement. A small gravity well will appear in the middle of the user's mouth attracting in targets. Gravity magic will also increase the pressure let out when biting down.]
[Critical Crush]
[When using Crush, the user has an extra 5% extra chance to deal 1.5x damage.]
…
[Crush has evolved into Gravity Crush.]
Easy choice. Now onto the others.
[Bloody Excavation]
[The user deals increased damage when excavating a living creature.]
[Tunnel]
[The user has increased proficiency when creating a tunnel. The user's digging tools will gain a durability boost to increase the amount of digging one can do.]
Both options were tempting. On one hand, [Bloody Excavation] was better at combat, but it sounded like Eodum would lose proficiency for non-combat related situations. In the end, Eodum felt it had to take a more utility based skill.
[Excavate has evolved into Tunnel.]
Eodum moved onto [Dagger Mastery], something that had been in its repertoire for a while now, but was only now evolving.
[Dagger Ascendence]
[The pent-ultimate skill for dagger mastery. Gives you incredible insight, control, and knowledge of the dagger.]
[Stinger Proficiency]
[The beginning of a whole new weapon. With the use of a blade at the end of the user's tail, the user can now have more insight to that specific form of fighting.]
While having the second to final skill in its line was tempting, the choice of a more specialized type of attack relating to itself seemed better. With [Stinger Proficiency] obtained, Eodum went to check on the last skill it had to evolve. Now, that its skills had evolved, it was time to improve its stats. First off, 15 Ap were going into luck. Why? Because why not. Next, it was going to divide its other 35 Ap between strength, agility, intelligence, wisdom, and constitution. This should bring its stats up by 7 points each.
Now it was Sp. What to spend it on? Eodum always felt it satisfying to scan through the different skills at its disposal. The list was actually infinite. The blue panel had a scroll bar on the side letting it go through every skill, and each area was organized in pages. Currently, Eodum found itself on page 725 out of ∞. It flipped through each page before its pupils settled on a certain skill.
[Pressure Boost]
[The skill will boost any pressure the user exerts.]
[Cost: 2 Sp]
A bit odd, a bit simple, but still useful. Any attack, movement, and gravity spell would exert force, so this was just a simple damage boost. Taken! Following the theme of skills that improved its current ones, it searched for any skills which affected the void. Surprisingly, zero showed up. Seeing how the void was an outside influence in this world, the fact it had any skills with the void at all was amazing. Deciding to try the next best thing, it narrowed it down to the dark element. In the end, it found a pretty good skill.
[Shadow Element Boost]
[All shadow element based abilities used by the user will have its effects boosted by 10%.]
[Cost: 2 SP]
This was a pretty basic thing, but it would definitely improved Eodum's abilities. While Eodum was leaning harder into void based abilities, the void still incorporated the shadow element. Now that it had gotten all the skills it wanted, it was just going to level up its current skills. Eodum maxed out [Regen Enhance] and [Intimidate], and Eodum leveled up [Stealth Attack]. Now that [Regen Enhance] and [Intimidate] were maxed out, it had two more skills to evolve.
[Speed Healing]
[Heals 1 Hp every tenth of a second.]
[Massive Heal]
[Heals 100 Hp every 30 seconds.]
These are all great, but Eodum would rather keep its current skill. It wished there was a choice fo it to just keep going down this skill's route.
[Regen Enhance's evolution has been canceled. Further leveling and improvement of current skill can be continued.]
Oh… neat! How Eodum hadn't learned about this feature of the skill despite this being its second life, it wasn't really sure, but it did know it was glad the feature existed.
Lastly, Eodum moved onto the evolutions for [Intimidation].
[Suppressing Aura]
[Targets within a 2.5 meter radius feel a downward force and suppressing aura forcing them to the ground.]
[True Fear]
[Targets that can sense the user will feel an overwhelming fear towards the user when the skill is activated.]
…
[Intimidate has evolved into True Fear.]

Another easy choice! With this, Eodum felt much stronger! What was it doing again? Right, escaping a kingdom at war!
