Maximus
Sitting on the shore, I stared ahead at the horizon, the sun about to set. The loud noises and music in the back while I stared deep in thoughts. Taking in a breath and let it our deep, I sighed, throwing a couple of rocks in the water.
My mind drifted away, and I found myself thinking about my parents, I missed them so much. When I lost them, a part of me got lost too. Remembering my parents brought me lots of pain but I needed to keep them alive in my head.
Remembering them helps me not to forget. My mother was five foot ten with brown hair and hazel eyes just like my sister. She was perfect and she had everything my father wished for.
I remember my father telling me how proud he was for finding a mate like my mother, at the time I didn't understand that but now I do.
