"I know, it's the base," replied Diana without batting an eye.
"Then is the chief in there?"
Although, the possibility Diana does not know the answer of his question. It was also to remind her if the direction they were about to take, might possibly where the Old Man Frederick currently stayed.
"He is," replied Diana.
Lee was dumbstruck by Diana's casual reply. Does she not know the importance of the chief? Thought Lee, as he wanted to voice out and planned to warn her but could not find the right words to say. After all, Diana might possibly the strongest, maybe stronger than Clover who acclaimed to be the strongest person to be seen.
If he wanted to warn Diana, what threat could possibly scare her?
