"Brother where did you find such a powerful beast." Barita spoke from the distance cave seeing the golden dome lift and image of two dragon head collide with each other as the whole kingdom was swept away by the shockwave.
"Shut up and follow me." I remained dazed for few seconds because I knew lord eric was strong but never in my wildest dream I would have imagine him to be capable of causing such destruction.
Even after few seconds have passed there were no movements felt in the distance, thus we both proceeded toward the center of the battlefield.

My eyes closed shut but it hadn't been a minute and my consciousness returned due to continuous shouts of merlin in my head.
My hybrid draconic form was undone but there was a big scar around my neck and a huge hole in my stomach which leaked black aura from time to time and refused to regenerate acting as a slow poison.
Intense pain arose from every part of my body which was the backlash of using three, rank 8 magic spell and trying to exceed my limit, I tried to stood up but fell face first on the ground.

A thick lightning bolt fell on me and my body was transmuted through the lightning bolt and appeared near the crater where demon jabel should be buried.
'He is still alive.' Merlin's voice once again resounded in my head and I only wished that he would be in a state where I could kill him instantly.
My immortal physique was continuously using my mana to heal my body and the pain was still unbearable but I cannot rest before killing the demon.
I willed the Ether inside the crater to turn into chains and bring out the body of demon jabel whom I was able to sense deep beneath the rubble and the decimated Ether particles collected and converted into chains retrieving the half missing body of demon jabel.
His 10 feet tall body was cut short to only 5 feet as the body beneath his torso was missing.
His half open eyes evaluated my real appearance as he opened his mouth to say something.
"S..oo you are the hero, dddemon king luciifeer coughhhh.. coughhhh.. was searching." He finished his sentence trying to wield aura but he failed to collect aura with his remaining strength.
"Any last words." I asked.
"F*ck you." Demon jabel smirked and said.
"Must you leave a curse word as your last word?" I said.
"Ether, devour him and inflict the maximum pain you can." I said and the Ether swallowed his whole body, I heard an ear piercing shirk of demon jabel which stopped few second later.
Ether wasn't a living entity and I just said those words to stimulate the feeling of pain in demon jabel's mind, so that he would feel double the pain Ether would inflict on him.
After devouring him ether came back and attached itself to my hand.

I felt my body fill with unknown energy which was aura but at the same time felt exhausted beyond limit.
'Babel you bastard come here quickly.' I sent the message telepathically to babel who was approaching my location slowly and cautiously.
Soon the ether attached in my hand absorbed the lingering aura from my wounds and my wounds began to heal.
I bought one more disguise mask from merlin and wore it regaining my fake beastly persona once again.
Few minutes later babel followed by his sister barita arrived before me and placed beast core of bamel in front of me which I stored in the system inventory.
"Barita go and search for the body of demon makia in that pile and bring it to me." Barita bowed and left to retrieve the demon's body.
"Where is the second demon lord Eric?" Babel asked me.
"He died, nothing left of him." i said while looking in the distance as the pain from my wounds subsidized a little but it was still not possible for me to walk on my own.
"I am too ashamed to have doubted your capabilities my lord, forgive me and thank you for killing those bastards." Babel said as a tear trailed down from his cheeks.
'Would I feel the same when I have taken my revenge on those gods who destroyed my peaceful life?' I thought out loud.
'Maybe you will, now that the killer of his family is dead and his kingdom is destroyed what will you have him do?'
'If I find his ancestor's beast core I will leave him to do whatever he wants, if he couldn't … let's think about that later.' I said because I haven't thought about what I will do.
"Release your mother from the prison your sister mentioned and gather every beast you can find here within an hour." I said and babel left to execute my order, while I stared at the mission window in front of me.

'If I declare babel as the king in front of remaining beast's the mission will be considered complete, right merlin?' I asked to confirm my doubts.
'Yes.' Merlin said.
'In a hierarchy of demons, where does an earl ranked demon stands?' I asked merlin.
'Let's see, 100 year ago the bottom slot was occupied by commoner and slave demons then there were soldier and knight ranked demons who had strength equal to that of a rank 4 expert.
After that the official title holders came, they were as follows Baron, viscount, earl, marquees and duke.
And above them all was Demon king.
'If an Earl ranked demon was this strong, how powerful a marquees ranked demon will be?' I asked merlin because it took everything out of me to kill a single earl rank demon and who knows how many of them are out there.
'Lots of things have changed from the past 100 years, Earl ranked demons didn't used to be this strong, we will only know about it after we have left this dimension pocket.' Merlin said and I agreed because I have fought countless earl ranked demons in sea of consciousness but none of them was this strong.
Few minutes later barita arrived with the dead body of demon makia and I instructed her to leave the demon here and help his brother finish the task I have given him.
I stored the demon core of demon makia in inventory and let Ether devour his body which gave me additional +4,141 units of aura as my total aura rose to 9,70,000.
'Do you have pain removal potion or something like that?' I asked merlin because it was taking too long for my injuries to heal.
'Those kind of things have expiry date, therefore I don't collect them, I have some things which can bring you back to your peak condition immediately but it would be a waste to use it in your current situation.' Merlin denied.
Soon from all directions lower ranked beasts started to appear in view lead by babel, barita and there mother.
They stopped few meter away from me and following babel's lead bowed their head and shouted various chants for me.
I motioned them to stop and called babel to come stand beside me.
"The proud citizens of beast kingdom ophidian, I know you all have gone through the worse disaster in the history of your kingdom but......" I gave a long speech as babel and whole population shed rivers of tears.
"Thus I declare Babel Briskoli, slayer of Tyrant king Bamel Briskoli as the new king of ophidian kingdom." I iterated them the whole story of how I met babel and saved the kingdom from demons with the little help of babel as everyone heard my story with eager eyes.
If an powerful entity like me declares babel as king no one would refuse but then also few strangler beast who had resentment toward royal family left the kingdom while hundred or so beast remained eager to serve their new king and rebuilt there kingdom.
