"You were lucky that Elena called me and explained what had happened. I got weird when she told me that you had suddenly disappeared after she heard a bang, so I moved as fast as I could."
Sitting on the tatami in the training room of the Robinson mansion, Mokichi explained as he looked at Yuji, the boy nodding in agreement, understanding how lucky he was. If Mokichi had decided to ignore him, he would be dead now. That should be terrifying to most people, but Yuji could only feel disappointment as he realized that.
'It was my weakness that got me into this situation.... If I was strong enough this would never happen.'
Clenching his fists in frustration, Yuji stared at the ground with intensity as he thought the about the tremendous defeat he suffered at Setsuna's hands.
'It wasn't just in brute strength, he outclassed me in every way!'
Mokichi, who watched the boy with an understanding look, seemed to understand his anguish, the man just keeping his arms crossed while the boy had his internal conflict. This was a matter he couldn't get into, after all, what would words of consolation help? He and Yuji were martial artists, if they were unable to beat an opponent in one-on-one combat, there were no excuses, only their own weaknesses. No one but themselves was to blame.
But still, Mokichi didn't want the boy to put so much pressure on himself, after all, he was only a 15-year-old teenager, and he was improving at a rate that Mokichi had never seen in his life.
"Master..." Yuji's voice caught the man's attention, causing him to stare at the boy.
Yuji lowered his head, his teeth clenching as the face of a smiling Setsuna appeared in his mind.
"I'll never lose again." Raising his gaze, Yuji faced Mokichi with an intense but determined expression, a powerful pressure escaping from his body, strong enough to make the man in front of him begin to sweat.
'Has your strength increased?' Mokichi wondered in shock, a proud smile appearing on his lips.
"Then please teach me how to master Baritsu!" The boy stared at Mokichi, his eyes shining in determination.
Remaining silent for a few seconds as he appreciated the boy's words, Mokichi nodded in confirmation.
"You really want to get stronger and stronger, don't you?" Mokichi let out a sigh, a satisfied smile on his usual serene expression. "Very well, tomorrow I will go to your aunt to discuss your training. For today, rest up, tomorrow you have a long day."

With a tired sigh, Yuji opened the door to his academy, entering the place only to see it completely empty.
"Uh? Where's everyone?" He wondered, his ears distinctly picking up the sound of whispering in various places in the academy. "Are they hiding?"
"Surprise!"
Suddenly, all the members of Yggdrasil jumped up from several different places, Akira, Shiki and Osanai standing in front of the teenagers while some of them held up a cloth written, "Congratulations on your recovery! Welcome back, commander!"
Yuji blinked a few times, not long before a smile appeared on his lips.
"We heard you had woken up and decided to surprise you!" Shiki exclaimed, Akira agreeing as he cracked a mocking smile while pointing at Osanai.
"Osanai was crying with worry after learning that you were hospitalized."
"Lying bastard!"
Yuji laughed at his friends' mischief, the boy approaching them with his expression slowly perking up.
"So what are we waiting for? Let's party!" He exclaimed, drawing a shout of joy from all the teenagers.
After everyone congratulated Yuji on his healthy return, the boy immediately sat down on a bench along with his three friends.
"So, what did I miss in those three days?" Yuji asked with genuine curiosity. Normally, three days was not long enough for something big to happen, but since he was in a completely different world, he would not be surprised if something huge had happened while he was away.
"Well, Osanai participated in an amateur boxing tournament." Akira replied, crossing his arms as he looked at the blond man.
"And I destroyed all of them! Those guys were no good!" Osanai replied with a proud smile.
"That's good, Osanai. My congratulations." Yuji smiled at his friend.
Shiki, who was silent, widened his eyes when he seemed to remember something.
"Oh, and that girl... I think her name is Senju! She came here looking for you. I explained what had happened and she seemed really worried." Shiki spoke.
Osanai and Akira's heads turned to Yuji immediately, the two clearly unaware of such information, their eyes glittering dangerously as smiles full of mischief formed on their lips.
"Did I hear you right? You naughty boy, have you been making a few fondles of her after that beating?" Osanai spoke mockingly.
"It seems our commander is more treacherous than we thought." Akira spoke in the same tone.
'Idiots.' Yuji pinched his nose in frustration as he saw the reaction of the two, turning to Shiki with a grateful look.
"Thanks for letting me know, Shiki. I'll talk to her later."
"What's up? Are you going to make out with her later?"
"Oh, young love.... So beautiful."
"Shut up!" Yuji yelled at the two, only receiving a laugh from both of them.
Shiki, who was trying to hold back his laughter, was unable to contain his laughter, this causing Yuji to frown and pinch his nose again in frustration.
'I'm surrounded by idiots.'

It was no secret that Senju loved to fight, and if she could, she would spend all day in a ring training with her subordinates or taking on other gangs to expand her territory. But as much as she wanted that, nothing changed a single fact that stopped her.
"When you finish your schoolwork, you can go to the academy!" Takeomi Akashi, Senju's older brother, spoke with authority as he closed the girl's bedroom door.
And that fact was that she was still a student.
"Idiot!" she grumbled, sitting down in front of her desk as she picked up her notebook with a snort. "Why should I do that kind of thing? Why would I use Bhaskara's formula in my life?"
Picking up her pencil with frustration, the girl immediately began answering the math problems in her notebook, veins bulging in her forehead as she tried to figure out what calculations she should do.
Beep Beep Beep.
As she racked her brains over the math problems, the notification of her phone rang in her ears, the girl turning to the bed to see her device there. With a sigh, she got up from her chair and walked over to her cell phone, picking it up and opening it to read the notifications.
[You received a message.]
[Yuji: Are you free?]
Staring at the message with a dull expression, slowly a pinkish tinge began to take over her cheeks, the girl looking around frantically before jumping on her bed and covering herself with her blanket, quickly answering the message.
[Senju: Yes, I'm free! Have you recovered yet?]
[Yuji: Why didn't we just meet at the bakery last time? I can explain it to you there].
[Senju: Okay!]
After sending the last message, the girl stared at her phone for a few seconds, a silly smile appearing on her lips as she pulled her pillow to hug him.
As much as most people who knew Senju believed that she was simply a battle maniac who didn't care about anything but training, that wasn't entirely true. Senju was still a schoolgirl and acted like one, this was her true demeanor, unlike the cold one she exhibited when leading her gang.
So when she received the message from the first boy who interested her, she couldn't help but cheer up.
'I need an outfit!' Getting up in an instant, the girl moved to her closet and began rummaging through everything.

Lying on his bed, Yuji stared at the ceiling as he seemed lost deep in thought.
'That fight... It was certainly a disappointment.'
Yuji could not, no matter how hard he tried, forget the fight that almost cost him his life. Setsuna was a monster, and if it weren't for the system rewarding him, he wouldn't think he would be able to catch up.
But still, as annoying as it was, his defeat served as a great learning experience. If Setsuna had wanted to, he could have killed Elena without Yuji even being able to react, and that was something that made the boy angry, especially at himself, after all, Elena was someone he cared about, and if he couldn't protect the people close to him, what was the point of the words he spoke to her?
Raising his hand until it was in front of his face, Yuji stared at his palm for a few seconds, clenching his fingers into a fist as he squinted his eyes.
"I refuse to lose in such a way again."
Beep Beep Beep.
The boy's cell phone began beeping, him getting up from his bed as he walked over to his desk to pick it up, opening it and taking a call.
"Kid, you finally recovered?" The voice of a woman Yuji knew well sounded from the phone, a small smile appearing on her lips.
"Hello, Tomari. I didn't know you cared so much about me." He spoke mockingly.
"Don't test my patience." She replied in a hostile manner, Yuji chuckling lightly at her response.
"Yes, yes. I'm 100%, you don't have to worry, I'll have no problem participating in the next fight."
"That's good. As long as you don't get in the way of business, I won't have to fire you."
Yuji rolled his eyes at the woman's response. After talking with her for some time, he got used to her lunatic personality for business pretty quickly, even learning some tips on how to invest properly from her. Of course, the woman taught him nothing initially, but after much persuasion, and a very expensive drink, he won her heart. Not in the romantic sense, obviously.
"I need you to be ready in 4 days, this fight will have a lot involved, and I can't let you falter with me." She explained seriously.
"Well, we've only had one fight so far, and even though I lost, I really surprised you, didn't I?" With a smug tone, Yuji placed his hand on his chin as if somehow the woman could see him. This seemed to irritate the woman when he was able to hear a snort from the phone.
"But don't worry, Tomari. I will definitely win this fight, of that I am sure."
"Show me results, kid. Words are useless in this world."
With a confident smile, Yuji just laughed lightly.
.
"Ah, shit! I almost forgot about Senju!"
