Three days have passed since Yuji shredded Valhalla and beat Kisaki. After he left the shrine, the police arrived on the scene and surprisingly, no one reported him. Instead, Kisaki was taken to the hospital in serious condition, to be taken to reformatory after he recovered, which would likely take several months. He now had charges of attempted murder, murder and rape, as despite not being able to kill him due to Draken's interference, Pah charged him to the police, and with the help of his friend who had lost his family, Kisaki seemed to have no luck getting just a few years in prison. The rumor was that he would remain in prison even after serving reform school.
Yuji didn't care much about the rumors, instead he just relaxed during his days. Tomari had told him that they wouldn't have a fight for at least a few months, so he could rest, and that was something the boy gladly did.
"Hey, I feel like going somewhere, how about it?"
At his gym, Yuji was sitting on the tatami as he watched his trio of friends pack up their things to go home. The sun was already setting, and the gym didn't stay open at night, so there was no point in staying in the place since a gang meeting wouldn't happen.
"I can't, when I get home, I need to organize the academy applications. I can't have deadbeats failing to pay." Osanai was the first to speak, the blond man picking up his bag as he turned his gaze to him.
As if something clicked in Akira's mind, he quickly turned around as he ran a hand over the back of her head in an embarrassed appearance.
"I forgot to say, but I'm traveling to my older brother's house to spend a few days." He spoke.
This caught the attention of the three as they immediately looked at Akira with curiosity.
"You have an older brother?" Yuji asked curiously. Osanai watching the conversation with curiosity, picked up a bottle of water and began to drink its contents.
"Actually, I have two older brothers and three older sisters."
"Gah!" Osanai spat as he began to cough due to almost choking. "You lived in a house without a television?!"
Akira observed this with strangeness. "Actually, I did. My family has always been very traditional."
Osanai choked, starting to laugh while Akira just tried to find what was so funny. Yuji seeing this, couldn't help but stop himself from laughing. Shiki was just as confused as Akira, trying to figure out the funny in Akira's words.
"Which of your brothers are you going to visit?" Ignoring Osanai's laughter, Shiki asked.
Akira immediately perked up at the question. "His name is Kaneda, he is the one who motivated me to learn Jiujitsu. Every time I go to visit him, we train. I believe that even now I can't beat him."
Despite saying that he was not as strong as his brother, Akira did not show that he was discouraged, on the contrary, he seemed happy to tell his friends that. Yuji saw this as Akira's pride in having a brother like Kaneda.
'As I thought, they really are related.'
"And you, Shiki." Yuji asked, drawing the boy's attention back to him. "Are you free?"
Shiki seemed to think about his answer for a second, before sketching an embarrassed expression. "Sorry, my parents planned a trip for today. They said it was to celebrate my leaving the hospital."
Yuji nodded at that. He was not frustrated, after all, his friends were people who had their own lives. If there is one thing that could be said about this whole situation, it was that Yuji needed to find something to do as soon as possible. He couldn't just stay stuck in the academy for 24 hours.
"Well, I'm going to walk around town and find something to do." He stood up as he stretched, "Have fun. Not you, Osanai, you probably won't have any fun."
"Idiot!" Osanai shouted.
Waving as he laughed, Yuji didn't take long to leave after saying goodbye to his friends, starting to walk through the city streets.
"Okay, what to do?"
After a few minutes of walking, it wasn't long before the boy reached the center of town, his eyes wandering around the various open establishments as he thought about what to do.
Passing in front of a bakery, his attention turned to a girl sitting down while eating a cake. The girl was wearing a school uniform, and if it weren't for the fact that the girl was vaguely familiar, Yuji wouldn't have paid attention to her for so long.
"Uh?" The girl suddenly noticed Yuji's attention on her, their eyes meeting as an expression of confusion took over her features.
The two stared at each other for several seconds, Yuji rubbing his chin as he seemed to slowly recognize the girl.
"Senju?"
"Shinakawa?"
The two asked at the same time, Yuji not being able to help but be surprised to see the girl dressed like that.
"Wait, how old are you?" He asked curiously. He believed that since Brahman was made up of mostly adults, Senju should be at least older than him.
With a snort, the girl looked away as she continued to eat her cake. "You don't ask a girl's age so suddenly."
The boy rolled his eyes at this attitude, a sigh escaping his lips.
"Well, since you're the leader of a gang full of adults, I didn't think you were a student." He sat down across from her, a friendly smile on his face.
Senju continued his cake for a few seconds, before turning to Yuji with an unreadable expression. "I heard about what happened with Valhalla and Toman."
Hearing this, he lifted his chin as he cracked a slight smile, relaxing in the chair he was sitting in.
"And what do you think about that, princess? Are you going to scold me or something?"
"No, really. Kisaki deserved it, and Valhalla would just be a problem. Them being out of the game was a benefit to everyone." She answered without hesitation.
Yuji hummed along with her answer. Even if the girl was against his actions, he would care little. Currently, he no longer needed the money B1 could offer, so keeping his partnership was more like a whim for Yuji.
"Well, what are you doing around here?" Yuji asked as he looked around. The bakery had a nice atmosphere, he couldn't help but praise the homey feel the place gave off.
Senju finished eating his cake, quickly wiping his lips as he turned his attention to the boy sitting in front of him.
"Can't a girl go out and have fun?" Senju cracked a slight smile as he rested his chin on his hands.
Yuji agreed in his mind that the girl in front of him was really attractive, he wouldn't mind spending some time talking.
"Oh... I see. But don't you think a companion would make things even more fun?" He asked with a teasing tone, clearly working to surprise the girl, who huffed with her face slightly hot after hearing the boy's words.
"I don't think anything, whether you accompany me or not is up to you." She looked away, drawing a laugh from him.
"What kind of man would I be if I denied going out with such a beautiful girl?" He teased her again, causing the girl's face to only heat up even more.
Gang leader or not, Senju was just a teenager who was not used to receiving compliments from boys so directly. Currently he might even be 15, but he was once an 18 year old boy who got involved with a few girls. Of course, he didn't pay much attention to that because he was focused on his fighting career, but that didn't stop him from learning a few things here and there.
"Well, how about we go have some fun, princess?" Yuji stood up and waved to the girl.
Senju, who for a moment seemed undecided, snorted upon hearing Yuji's nickname, standing up as she stood in front of the boy. "I don't have much to do anyway." She walked past him, not expecting her to follow him.
Rolling his eyes at her, Yuji cracked a small smile as he followed her until he was at her side.

As the sun set, the city seemed to perk up as the city lights drove out the darkness of the night. Yuji and Senju passed through various places, chatting about various subjects that Yuji decided to mention. Initially, the girl remained closed off about Yuji, and the boy did not understand the reason for this. Sure, he had hit her, but they were a real fight at the time, what was he supposed to do? Turn himself in because she was a girl?
But that didn't seem to be the reason, and seeing that asking directly probably wouldn't lead anywhere, he just decided to continue the ride with the girl until she relaxed around him.
And eventually this happened, when the two of them decided to go to an arcade.
The girl immediately relaxed as the two of them enjoyed the games together, her expression softening whenever she was able to win against him. Even a few giggles were drawn from her.
"Looks like you had fun, didn't you?" Yuji asked with a smile as the two left the arcade.
Listening to the boy, Senju stewed her cheeks as she crossed her arms, this drawing a chuckle from the boy upon seeing such an expression.
"It was..." Senju sighed as he turned to Yuji, his expression softening as a small smile appeared on his lips. "That was fun."
The boy's eyes widened at seeing her so friendly with him, a silly smile on his face taking over his expression as he looked at the girl.
"Well, we can do that again any day."
Senju was a pretty girl, friendly and above all, strong. He had a weakness against strong girls, a trait that attracted him. He would be an idiot not to try something with the girl.
"I- I would like that." With an embarrassed expression, Senju spoke while avoiding the boy's gaze.
'I won the lottery.'
With the ride ending at the arcade, Yuji said goodbye to an embarrassed Senju, watching her leave for a few seconds before going his own way. He was glad to see that he had made some progress with Senju, after all, she had a pleasant personality. She wasn't annoying like most girls, and would probably support him as a fighter. If they stayed together, he might even help her get stronger, since she seemed to have the goal of leaving his gang at the top.
But in the end, it was enough just to wait and see where this relationship would go.
As he was walking, he stopped when a strange sensation hit his body, causing the hairs on his body to shiver.
'What the fuck is that?'
On alert, the boy quickly looked around, trying to find any abnormalities around him. For a moment, he felt as if an intense murderous intent was directed at him, but the moment he looked for the source, it disappeared without a trace, as if the person behind such intent had never existed.
"Damn. Unlike Mikey, that felt like a different kind of murderous intent. Almost animalistic..."
With sweat beading down his forehead, he looked around again for a few seconds, before turning to leave the scene.
"How beautiful... He reminds me of him... Too bad there can only be one god~"
In the middle of a dark alley, a figure cracked a wide grin as he hugged his own body, his eyes twitching frantically in a completely manic appearance.
"But maybe I can play with him a little~"
The figure's smile widened even more, before she disappeared in an instant, as if she had never been there.

Although Yuji is very strong compared to the Tokyo Revengers characters, he still pales in comparison to the Kengan Ashura fighters. I want to keep his progress gradual, but not colossal like Baki. Sure, he will eventually catch up to people of Baki's level, but I don't want that to happen fast enough that fights against Kengan characters become tedious, since everyone would know that Yuji would not be defeated. I want Mc to really have epic fights against such characters, so for your own entertainment, I won't speed things up with his strengthening.
By the way, after some time cogitating about the idea, I decided to open a Pa_treon. There I will share my ideas with supporters and communicate much more freely. I will also do polls, as a way to know what the readers would like in FF, and I will post chapters in advance. The price is definitely not high, but it will help me a lot considering that I don't live in the United States. If you are interested, it will be below.
