"Are you not giving up yet?" the beast asked me while she squats and stared at me.
I was laying on the floor, trying to feel my lungs of air trying to breathe.
"You still have four hours to hold on to your dear life, sweety. Who could have thought that your rejection would favor me more than anything? Are you aware that I attempt to kill you not only once but thrice? And your lucky star prevented you from dying. How absurd is it that it only ends like this? Fate sucks, right?" she said and laughed maniacally.
She pinched my cheeks, and suddenly she howled with joy.
"I would have a physical body if you die, my dear sweet Raven. So die already and let me have that body," she said.
"Like hell, I would," I answered her in between my labor breath.
"Oh? You still have some energy left in you, huh? Wow. She said, " a tough lady," looking at me like I was her prey. "But the question is, can you survive without a heart and make me one of you?"
