She collided with one of the chamber stones and stayed there for a few seconds. I touched my head, and I saw blood all over my head. I felt a little bit dizzy, but it went away when my wounds healed up.
Nefertiti stood up while smirking at me as if nothing had happened. She took the dagger off her chest as if it didn't affect her. And throw it away.
