Erik ignored the comment. He took out a plate and fill it with food. He then sat on a solo couch at the corner.
Casssie glanced sideways at Marriane.
"Erik, you and Cassie hasn't seen each other for a long time. Why not sit together and catch up?" Marriane tried to create an opportunity for the two former love birds.
"It is okay. We can still catch up with me sitting here."
"Hey guys, let's dig in while the food is hot and later let us have alcohol." Alex said cheerfully.
Erik received a message. It was from Aryana.
Aryana: I am having dinner with Elaine. Have you eaten?
Erik: Eating now
Aryana: Enjoy your meal. Give my regards to Marlon, Franco and Alex.
Erik sighed. He didn't know that he will be meeting Cassie today. He thought he will only be chilling with his buddies.
The people in the room were all looking at Erik who was engrossed with his cell phone. He pocketed his cellphone and resumed eating.
