When Jax took care of the banking business of the Lee Conglomerate and brought the company to another level, while Gaeya Corporation's stocks fell after Aryana became missing, his treatment of Jax changed. He started appreciating the illegitimate grandson that he used to despise. He had his name changed to Lee and hence Jax Cuenca became Jax Lee.
