Slowly, Vin opened his eyes. Only to see he was laid on the softest bed in the school hospital.
"Are you alright?" Snow who stood beside him asked.
"Sure, what happened?"
"I should be the one asking you" Akio stepped in, his worried face made Vin realize he actually cares. "You were left alone to fight the A-ranked demon. Are you alright?"
"Yes I'm" trying to sit up, a sharp pain pulled him back to the bed.
"Getting up won't do you any good. I suggest you should rest and when fully recovered, you can tell us what occurred" Akio said with his eyes always locked on Vin's.
"I will."
Both teachers left the room, leaving Vin to himself, with a mirror which hung not far away.
Using telekinesis, one of his basic magic, Vin brought the mirror to his side, where he could see his reflection.
"I think I need you now," he said to his reflection, which responded quickly.
"Yes My lord"
"Why did I black out?"
"You used too much of your power when you haven't learnt to control the effect."
Hearing this, there was a long silence. Then, Vin spoke up, "Tell me everything about Dravil. And I'm sure you know"
The reflection heaved a sigh before continuing, "Dravil is a demon lord whose powers were limitless, I'll tell you about the time he successfully got locked by unfortunately escaped."
"Okay, please continue." Vin expressed a high level of interest as he listened to his reflection's story.
"Thousands of years ago, Dravil was trapped in an empty void, sealed and protected by the Arch Dragon of the skies, Drasmit. This was done because of the great evil Dravil performed. Everywhere he stepped his legs, blood must flow and darkness would become the light which glows.
In this void, his limbs were chained to an unreachable wall which goes farther every time he tries to escape.
What actually baffled Dravil when he was trapped was the amount of energy and magic which the mages and dragons used to lock him up.
For more than a century, his escape became more and more powerful, that the void almost got destroyed itself. Entrapping an overpowered dark lord in the void seemed fatal and the world trembled and feared for his return.
However, some thieves invaded the dragon's mountain, stealing the mirror which served as the doorway into the void.
With little to no knowledge about the golden framed mirror, made by the most powerful mage, the thief decided to take it home and sell the mirror later in the day. Dropping it in their bedroom, the thief happily left, but his daughter went in after that.
Struck by the mirror's beauty, she approached it during the night her father wasn't in. With only a burning candle in her hand, she came closer touching the frame, when a deep male voice caught her off guard.
Noticing the voice, she tried to communicate with who was inside but couldn't see his face. Dravil instructed the naive girl to arrange twelve burning candles around the mirror which she hurriedly did so.
From the light, she saw a man having intoxicating beauty. So handsome, any would fall heads over heels for him.
Asking who he was, Dravil answered with a different name. As the girl came closer, he told her to help him out by dropping a pint of blood on the frame (after sensing she was pure.)
Foolishly doing so, the mirror suddenly broke and the glass shattered with a force which sent one of the glasses into her chest.
As the girl slowly died, she saw the man step out with his form changing into the feared Dravil. Looking at the dying girl, he smiled without any pity in his eyes. Coming closer, he gave her a death kiss. Sucking out her soul before finally devouring it. Leaving nothing but bones behind.
And the havoc of Dravil began. From that very land, he slaughtered the entire inhabitants, Men, women and children with no mercy in his eyes.
Until mages rose up from nowhere, challenging him with their only goal of killing him and ending the harvoc he brought up. But this is actually one of his biggest concerns before you got transmigrated into his body."
The entire story the reflection narrated made Vin blink almost a thousand times.
"Dravil is seriously evil and actually needs to be killed. But as the new bearer of his body, I can change how people think about him, right?"
"Dravil had caused scars and scars in the hearts of his victims. Saying you can change people's thought regarding him would be a real Achievement."
_____
Three weeks after the incident, Vin returned back to his classes. Missing a lot from the previous week, including his friends who were happy to see him alive, he hoped to get to the present teaching.
Although he has everything concerning this in his head and had mastered the entire forms of the magic.
Finally, Saturday came. A day when all the mages in training would have a day off.
Happily, Vin dashed outside to the woods. His happiness was beyond imagination and the cause was for him to finally let the fresh breeze of nature fill his soul.
Dropping his hood, only to transform into Dravil, Vin continued his wandering walk into the dark forest when he suddenly felt dizzy.
[Again? Today again? But I didn't use any magic.]
Holding onto a tree for support, he felt his fangs grow longer.
[Wait, am I hungry? I don't understand what is going on.]
Yet again, he blacked out.
But what looked like a second passed, his eyes went wide open as he soon found himself in a Gothic room.
The bed where he laid had a black sheet which goes for the entire room.
To his right was a huge glass window, through which the moonlight passed through, giving a small visible light.
[Where am I now?]
"My lord," a cold young voice greeted in the shadows. Coming closer, it was a butler whose aura and expression were all dark. "I bring for you, lord Dravil, a glass of pure virgin blood, one which you find less disgusting."
[Okay, this is sick!.]
