"Rose..." Felissa whispered, and her eyes started to get wet from seeing Rosina. She immediately went out of her line and ran straight toward her, ignoring the stares of the other noble ladies.
Rosina was pulled away by Felissa, away from the rest of the crowd. The palace staff didn't stop them since they were nobles. They were only strict toward the commoners.
"Are you okay?" Rosina asked when she saw how awful Felissa looked.
Felissa shook her head and wiped the tears before they dropped from her cheeks. "I'm not okay. I'm scared that I might get married to him."
"No, you won't marry him. I promise that," Rosina whispered, pulling Felissa into a hug while tapping her back softly.
"What happened that night?" Felissa whispered and looked into Rosina's eyes. "My mind is a little confused, and my memory is blurry. Did he ra— "
"No!" Rosina answered before Felissa could finish her question. Felissa burst into tears after she heard her answer.
Rosina knew Felissa would carry the trauma in her whole life and could destroy herself. She didn't want it to happen.
"Come with me for a second," Rosina whispered, pulling Felissa away from the venue. Several servants stopped them since the introduction was about to start.
"Let us through and find us a room to occupy," Rosina stated firmly, and the servants looked at one another, conflicted about what they were gonna do.
"May I ask the reason, Lady?"
"My period arrived, and it might stain my white gown. If that happened during the introduction, will you take responsibility for my humiliation, Omega?"
The servant trembled in fear when Rosina used her status to threaten them. They immediately gave way and looked for an available room for them to settle.
"Are you really on your period?" Felissa asked with worry.
"No," Rosina shook her head and led Felissa to one of the chairs to sit on. She observed Felissa's body language and her facial expression.
Rosina could only bite her lips to stop herself from rioting. She turned her back and faced the window, overlooking a female statue. She couldn't glimpse at how pitiful Felissa looked and all the little actions that symbolized the trauma she was dealing with.
"Do you want to forget it all?" Rosina stated softly and glanced at Felissa, whose eyes drooped as tears started falling.
"I wish I would just disappear to forget all those memories I had with him," Felissa answered while wiping away the tears. What broke Rosina's heart was how Felissa tried to act upbeat even if she was crying.
Rosina sighed profoundly and closed all the curtains, making the room dim. She walked toward Felissa and held her cheek upward for their eyes to meet.
"Don't worry, Felissa, you will be okay," Rosina whispered, and her left eye glowed bright green, illuminating the place.
Felissa's eyes widened in surprise, but she didn't flinch away since she trusted Rosina so much.
Rosina tilted Felissa's chin and kissed her lips. Feeling the plumpiness and sweetness of the kiss, Felissa responded as well. Her hands glided on Felissa's neck and pulled her head closer to her, deepening the kiss.
Felissa's hand held onto Rosina's waist and glided toward her chest, and pressed her melons softly. Both of them couldn't help but moan in pleasure.
It didn't take long before Felissa's body slipt down, unconscious. Rosina slowly lay her head back and waited for her to wake up.
Rosina used her powers slowly since she didn't want Felissa to be overwhelmed by the amount of energy seeping through her soul. She sat down and licked the sweetness of Felissa on her lips.
"Ugh..." a groan came out of Felissa's mouth, and her eyes flickered open. "Where am I?"
"Felissa?" Rosina called softly and caressed her cheeks.
"Rose... I— my head hurts," Felissa whispered and cradled her head. "I feel sick."
Rosina remained silent and waited for Felissa to adjust. It took a couple of minutes before the pain went away.
"Did I fall asleep?" Felissa asked and looked around the dark room. "I dreamed something about us, but I don't remember them now."
"Yes, I finished checking my skirt. It turns out my period didn't arrive yet," Rosina chirped. Creating a story for Felissa to believe in while dismissing the dream since it was the kiss they just shared.
"That's great! We are wearing white after all," Felissa sighed and patted her gown.
"Let's go back to the venue before they nag at us for taking too long," Rosina laughed and pulled Felissa with her.
Rosina erased all the memories starting with how Allegra bullied her in the garden until the day that Amato harassed and molested her that night. So that her pain and trauma would disappear.
'I hope Felissa won't try to dig into the memory hole, or else it will go back,' Rosina thought while looking at Felissa's back as she returned to her line.
Rosina's power has its limit. She could erase the memories, but she couldn't replace them, creating a memory hole and if the person would dig into those memories. It could appear once again and affect the person's mind.
"Ladies! The Royal introduction will begin now!"
A loud trumpet made Rosina's mind return to reality as she looked at the commoners going inside the throne room in groups while the herald announced their names and packs.
When it was time for the nobles to be presented. A piece of soft music began playing, and the noble ladies went inside one by one.
Rosina held Fina and Sal's hand and pressed it softly before she looked ahead and prepared herself for the crowd especially seeing the King and Queen for the first time.
"Lady Rosina Greco. First born daughter of Alpha Greco of the Palecrest pack!"
Rosina took a deep breath when the door opened in front, and the luxurious room greeted her. She paused for a second before walking toward the foyer. All eyes were on her, especially since she was the last one to grace the monarchy.
Rosina bowed her head when she got closer as a sign of respect. She was about to move back when the Queen stood and walked toward her with a smirk.
