Paimon
She was sick?
There wasn't any other explanation for the red aura on her torso. It only appeared on those who were ill or passing. And most people who are passing wouldn't be healthy and walking around.
"Hey Ivy?" I called out to her as she turned to leave the kitchen.
She yawned and looked back at me.
"Never mind. Go nap. I'll take care of this." I smiled and she nodded.
She stumbled a little as she made her way to the stairs. Maybe She had been drinking? Although we could never tell that by auras or anything internal. Just the physical signs like stumbling or slurring.
"Hey, be careful with the brown bag, there are eggs in there." Ivy called from the stairs, which startled me. I dropped the brown bag on the floor and heard the cracking of eggs.
"Oh yeah, will do.Go rest." I called uneasily.
What can i do to help her? I suppose getting eggs is a good start.
God
"He is such an idiot!" I yelled and dropped my head into my warm hands.
Grimm knows he should have never helped Paimon onto Earth. All hell is going to be set loose. Literally.
"Gabriel, tell me, What do you get when you take a demon with a dishonorable reputation and add said demon to a peaceful planet with mortals?" I peaked up at my angel through my hands.
"Well, Sir, Probably chaos?" Gabriel sat straighter and watched me.
"Chaos?"I rubbed my beard covered chin,"Yeah alright. That's the best way to describe it."
I sat back in my chair and sighed.
"Nothing has happened yet sir. Well, nothing unusual." Gabriel handed me a screen with a world wide map. There were dots and pulsing lines everywhere. It just meant the earth was healthy and Everything is running properly.
"Keep an eye on it. Anything that seems like Paimon's doing, Alert me immediately."

Ivy
I curled into a ball on the bathroom floor. My whole body felt tight. Dialysis did that. I'm just glad there isn't blood this time.
It also made you tired. I felt like I was going to pass out any minute, but the cramping in my muscles kept me up.
A creak sounded from the bathroom door, startling me.
"Ivy, what the hell are you doing on the floor?" Paimon cocked an eyebrow at me.
"Why are you in the bathroom?" I thought demons and devils didn't have to use them.
"I have to piss. Coffee went straight to my bladder." He said in a sarcastic tone.
Obviously mocking me.
"I wanted to wash my hands and the soap in the kitchen is empty." He shrugged.
"Oh. I'll get some tomorrow." I yawned and shifted to my back which hurt like a bitch.
"What's going on with you?" Paimon crouched on the floor next to me.
"Elaborate please." I sat up and we were inches apart. His scent is intoxicating.
"You are pale." Paimon poked my cheek.
"That's just my natural complexion." I shrug and swatted away at his hand.
"Okay. So how about, I see a red circle on your chest."
"My heart?" I looked down at my shirt trying to understand what he meant.
"Near it yes. But no. Red means ill, Ivy." Paimon narrowed his eyes at my heart.
"I have a cold. That's all." I smiled and pulled myself off the floor with the sink.
"So that cold might kill you? This isn't the 1700s."
God damn him being a demon.
"I have a kidney disease." I mumbled.
"Pardon?" Paimon stood and got closer.
"I have a common kidney disease." I spoke a little clearer.
"I, uhm, okay. Have you seen a doctor?" Paimon eyes scanned over me and landed on IV holes in my arm.
"I go to dialysis here and there. It's fine." I pushed passed him, which caused me to stumble a little.
"I'm gonna go lay down. Good night." I slammed the door in his face.

Paimon
Kidney disease.
Disease that affects kidneys.
Can't clean blood. Can't metabolize correctly. Can be fatal if not addressed properly.
But Ivy has dialysis appointments. So she's addressing it right?
What if she doesn't go to them?
And why on earth am I worrying about it? She's just a average human. Nothing special.
She's not my problem. I'm only staying with her temporarily.
I groaned and flopped down onto her couch. I do care about her.
Fuck emotions. I've been living on this planet for far too long and it's only been 2 days.
"Paimon!" Ivy called from upstairs. Without any hesitation, I was racing up the stairs and into her room.
Her hands and mouth were covered in blood.
"What the fuck... are you okay?" I rushed to her side and helped her sit up.
"I'm okay." She coughed and a little more came out.
I scooped her into my arms and began carrying her out the room.
"Where are we going?" Ivy adjusted in my arms, her bloody hands gripping at my arms.
"Hospital." I shook my head and side stepped down the stair case.
"No! Put me down!" Ivy swatted at me and pushed away from me.
I stopped and gently put her down, keeping my hands on her waist.
"Ivy, you are coughing up blood! We need to go." I felt angrier as seconds passed.
Why isn't she taking care of her damn self?
"I can't Paimon. Just help me to the bathroom." Ivy looked up at me with puppy dog eyes.
"Please." She gripped onto the railing behind her, the wood staining red.
I picked her up again and carried her to the bathroom. She pointed to the tub and I put her in.
"Hot water." She pointed to the knob and I began filling the tub with water.
She was still in her clothes from today. The tub filled with water and blood. She just soaked in it and eventually dozed off.
I drained the tub and covered her in warm towels. She needed the hospital. But I won't force her.
I carried her into the bedroom and requested a silent angel to change her for me. I would respect her privacy and the angel would respect ours.
