In the previous chapter:
Hitoshi didn't say anything,he just smile tilting his head a bit.It was enough to send down shivers to a normal human's spine.
:Present time:
Mirai and Remi were waiting outside after ringing the bell of Hitoshi's house,
"This place looks very deserted,don't you think,Mira?,Remi said while looking around.
"You are right,this area doesn't seem to have many inhabitants and there are lots of trees around here".Mirai said after observing the surrounding.
"Maybe Hitoshi san chose this place for his health condition",Remi said.
"Could be".Mirai said without looking at Remi.
Hitoshi opened the door.
"Good morning,Hitoshi san!",Remi and Mirai warmly greeted him.
"Morning,please come in",he humbly said.
The both of them were genuinely surprised at how big the house was."Do you live alone,Hitoshi san?"Remi asked out of curiosity.
"He's lacks way too much emotion to be with someone",Mirai thought to herself.
"Yes".Hitoshi replied.
"Matsushi san is not on with you?",Hitoshi asked Mirai as Kyo was absent.
"No,he will drive here by himself.We came together because,Remi's car is at the customer service center",Mirai explained.
"I see".He said in his emotionless voice.
"He is probably lost right now",Remi chuckled knowing that Kyo is bad at looking for addresses.
"Maybe one of us should call him",Hitoshi suggested.
"No need,he'll find the house by himself.
After full half an hour,Kyo finally came.They were shocked that Kyo finally made it.
"Look who finally bothered to show up",Mirai said in a sarcastic tone.
"What took you so long,Kyo?",Remi asked curiously.
"I got here after facing so many trouble and this is how you welcome me?!",Kyo exclaimed.
"Was the address hard to find,Matsushi san?",Hitoshi asked in an unconcerned tone.
"Hell yeah",Kyo said.
"I'll go bring us some coffee and snacks",Hitoshi said while leaving for the kitchen.
While serving the coffee cups,Hitoshi's hands accidentally touched Mirai's.Mirai almost flinched at how cold his hands were,as if he was holding ice.
"Thank you!",Remi cheerfully sipped some coffee.
"Here you go,Matsushi san",Hitoshi humbly offered.
"Thank you and you can call me Kyo.Not only me but you can call of us by our first names",he kindly said.
"Oh ok".Hitoshi was not surprised this time.The three of them were really good at heart.
Time passed by without them noticing.It was already 5:30.
"Oh it's alredy 5:30,I didn't notice this much time has passed by",Mirai said while looking at her watch.
"We even forgot about lunch",Remi said while being surprised.
"I am extremely sorry, I didn't notice the time,should I arrange some food for us?",Hitoshi said apologetically.
"No,it's fine.We will leave shortly.Atleast we are done completing the work",Kyo said while stretching his arms.
"Hitoshi san could you please show me the way to the washroom,if you don't mind?",Remi humbly requested.
"Sure,come this way",Hitoshi said.
The lavatory was down a long hallway with many rooms,no wonder why he came himself to show her way.Remi was going back but she stopped on her way back when she saw a room filled with swords and other sharp weapons.The walls were full of swords.It was like an Armory.
"What's this?"She thought to herself before entering the room.
Remi was looking around until her eyes landed on a certain sword.It was long,slender and beautifully decorated.She couldn't help but touch the blade.
"Sakura san?",a male voice called her name making her flinch which caused her finger to get a deep cut.
"Ouch",she flinched in pain.
"What's wrong?",Hitoshi was surprised at what he saw.Blood gushing out of Remi's finger.
"What a pleasant sight",he thought to himself.The aroma of her blood made him lick his lips unknowingly.Instead of offering further assistance,he kept starring at her finger.
Remi was confused why he was just standing there.
"Excuse me,Hitoshi san can you please me give a band aid",she said while trying to stop the bleeding with a handkerchief.
Hitoshi came back to his mind."Wait",he said before walking out of the room.
Remi came back to where the other two were working.After noticing a blood drenched handkerchief,Mirai and Kyo exclaimed,"What's wrong Remi?!".
After finishing treating Remi's wound,Mirai asked Hitoshi,"Why do you have so many weapons collected in your house,Hitoshi san?".
"I happen to like to collect them and it's like a family tradition",Hitoshi lied.
"I am sorry for entering that room without your permission,Hitoshi san".Remi apologized.
"It's fine,but you should be careful with sharp things Sakura san,you have a rare blood type".Hitoshi said surprising the others
"Thanks for the advice but how do you know I have a rare blood type?",Remi asked confusedly.
"It was mentioned on the bio-data you submitted for this project,I was handling them.Hitoshi lied again,it was obvious by the smell of her blood.
Remi nodded understandingly.
They all left after a little while.Hitoshi noticed a blood drenched handkerchief on the couch.He knew right away where this came from.
"Can't let a treasure like this go to waste",he thought to himself while sniffing the piece of cloth.
After the nightfall,Hitoshi started to get ready for a certain event.He's attire was a black armour,a symbolic braclet and a vicious smirk that he wore on his face.He went to armory like room to get that long sword.There was still some blood on the blade.He licked the blood and thought,"What a refreshing taste!".His lips curled into a wicked smile.He entered a huge room with a large mirror in it.
"Time to go now~",he sang while standing before the mirror.
"To thee whom I must not forget,
take me back to where I actually belong
I command you!".
He said something that sounded like a spell.Soon after that,he disappeared from the room,so did his reflection.
"Attention everyone!The prince has arrived"!,the soldier screamed trying to warn the other guards so that they can get in their positions.
Hitoshi arrived at the world of the unknown,the world of blood sucking monsters.
