After the funeral Tina sunk into a depression, her mother and father tried to step in and help but Gregory insisted he had it handled. And he did he pull her out. He was her prince charming. No matter how much she felt responsible for the passing of her gran he made her feel better. Tina continued in her mind to think that if only she hadn't moved out she would have been there to help and could have saved her. But each day as she woke to see Gregory off to work he would give her a kiss before she left and whisper "dream big baby girl the world is yours". Day by day she had been feeling better and better and soon she found out of her first pregnancy. As excited as she was she decided to keep the news to herself at first. A few weeks had gone by and she was no longer able to hide it her morning sickness was becoming unbearable and Gregory was begging her to go to the doctor. So that day after she kissed Gregory goodbye for work and told him not to worry that she would see a doctor that day. So he said "Okay baby girl I Love You, and dream big the world is yours".
After she saw him off too work she got ready and headed down to the Clinic. There she waited until her name was called then she went to the back. The doctor had done an ultrasound on her and given her the results. She was 15 weeks along with a healthy baby boy. She was over the moon with excitement, and began thinking of ideas on how to tell Gregory. She had the perfect idea. All she needed to do now was too go home and wait for him to return. That evening Gregory got home and first thing he said to her was "hey darlin' how'd the doctor go?" As Tina was cooking dinner she said " oh fine honey, doc said I'm all good." As they sat down to dinner that evening, Tina looked at Gregory and said "Guess What?" and as Gregory looked up she was holding a onesie over her tiny baby bump that read "DADDY'S LITTLE MAN". He looked at her confused, then after a second it clicked in his head and he jumped up and grabbed her with excitement and twirled her around. They began to plan for their future together over the next few weeks. One evening Gregory took Tina out to dinner for a special evening as their anniversary was approaching. They went to the nicest restaurant in town and ordered their favorites off the menu. When desert rolled around Gregory did the most cheesy thing he could think of and stuck a diamond ring in the decadent chocolate soufflé. Tina was over the moon yet again and of course screamed yes in a heartbeat. They talked the whole way home about their plans and their future together and decided they didn't need anything big or special to declare their love to each other all they needed was each other.
The very next day Gregory used a vacation day from work. Him and Tina got all dressed up looked at each other and got in his truck then headed right on down to city hall. That day was the happiest day of their lives.... so far!
