THE NEXT DAY
hiding behind the tree she was staring at him without getting noticed by anyone. watching him cook was something she dreamt of during her student years. as she saw him helping all and smiling humbly, her cold eyes turned to the soft ones. only one thing was stuck in her mind: " should she completely forgive him? was his behaviour just an act or did he really get changed all these years"...
packing all the stuff the staffs were ready to leave the picnic spot. all of them entered the bus and settled themselves. when the bus was about to start, hank from nowhere sprinted towards the bus. stella who saw him exclaimed, " uh?! hank weren't you at back? whatever just sit up already." nodding his head hank went near 'zoned out siam' who was looking out of the window and sat beside her.
she shot him a glare when she realise that he sat near him whereas hank who was smiling ear to ear just passed her with a sheepish smile... being frustrated she looked outside the window and started admiring the night sky
hank shot his eyes wide open when he felt something heavy on his shoulder. bending his neck he peeked and found that siam was having a deep slumber on his shoulder. smiling to himself he caressed her cheeks as he knew that she is a deep sleeper as she had told him back in school life... he slowly whispered trying not to wake up as it was midnight and everyone was asleep, " I missed you teddy... but it seems like you are not my teddy anymore...hmmm then let me give you one name... how about sunshine? yeah, it's good. nice"
he slowly laughed at his silliness and slept keeping his head on her head which was on his shoulder... he slowly spoke, "good night sunshine." and dreamt to his dreamland.
In the early morning when they reached the firm, everyone started collecting their suitcase and when siam woke up the first thing she saw was his face which scared the hell out of her, " she jumped and screamed, " JESUS CHRIST UNDER A TRUCK!!" due to her blasphemous reaction everyone stood on their places shocked maybe in a disappointment . she just looked over them and left the place as nothing had happened. on the other hand hank who had his heart over the throat was staring at Stella who had the same reaction
THE VERY NEXT DAY
everything was back to normal. all the excitement and joys were buried down to earth and again all went up to sulk around about their stressful life.
hank entered siam's cabin and exclaimed, " GOOD MORNING MISS!" due to that energetic brat siam's coffee cup fell and got crashed against the cold floor. she threw a murderous glare on his face while hank himself back off and hit his back against the glass door. getting irritated she spoke, "what is my cabin to you? your uncle's house? " he just looked down and smiled to himself as he got succeed in making her talk. he slowly and innocently looked at her and said, " miss siam I just came to give you the reports on the damaged machines..." she just made a disgusted look and said, " oh common just don't act like a bitchy whore. get lost before I peel off your skin!" he just faintly smiled at her and went away. meanwhile, that ice cube was melting at the speed of light... she just smiled at his fading figure and said, " he really did change himself..."
closing her cabin door she made her way towards the exit. entering her car she started her engine and drove to her home... while driving the only thing going on her mind was him... whether to continue what is going on and keep the possibility of hurting him or moving on and never going to meet him for his good was something she was wondering about...
she stopped the car when she saw the red light. when the green light started shining she started the engine and took a left turn but god was not with her in fact He was never with her... a huge truck crashed the car into pieces whereas the car did a flip and fell...
placing her on the stretcher everyone was growing anxious seeing her condition... her half face covered with blood, glass pieces on her stomach, a hole on her forehead from where the blood is coming...
the nurse and doctor took her to the emergency room and the 1st thing they did was her operation. on the other hand, a nurse who was assigned to search for her loved ones was confused about what to do as her phone was as damaged as her. she quickly sent the phone to repair it
2 DAYS LATER
walking here and there hank was about to cry as no one knew where siam went. everyone checked where she could be but all in vain. on the other hand, the nurse got the phone back and when she opened the phone she opened the contacts but only found some professional calls but no one's number is saved. she sighed and spoke to herself, " such a loner!." after searching for 5 minutes she found the law firm's office number... she dialled the number and a girl received the call saying, " hello, ABC law firm manager speaking..." the nurse stated, "excuse me but do you know miss siam, she met with an accident 2 days ago. she is in DEF hospital right now. come as fast as possible" and hung the call. the manager slowly went near the staff and spoke regretfully, " sir...miss siam met with an accident 2 days ago. she is in DEF hospital" hearing this hank's world crashed down as he sprinted out of the firm...
entering the reception area of the hospital he first asked about siam's room number. the receptionist gave her room number and he ran his life out... maybe he got the taste of losing his loved ones just like siam who tasted this 3 times.
entering the room the first thing he saw was siam on the hospital bed fighting for her life. oxygen mask on her face, plaster on her hand, and bandage on her stomach and head. she was not in a state of waking up but she opened her eyes and stated some words as she winced. he went near her mouth and listened to what she was trying to speak. "p-please take Rio with y-y-you... he m-might have not e-eaten anything for 2 days... he may d-d-die.... he is just a f-fragile cat... just take my k-keys from my c-c-coat... ask the nurse..."
hearing her words he broke down into tears and said, " why!? what happened to you after all?" he held her hands and broke down. she just spoke, " just go. rio is waiting for you..." he glanced over her and ran towards her house to feed that fragile cat... maybe siam is in a deep fear to lose her beloved cat now....
