"San-ah!" someone called by his name from behind him. But he didn't notice and kept blabbering.
"I am of no use! That's why everyone hates me! It was all because of me!" he said while crying. He was hiding his face because he doesn't want to show that he was crying.
"No! It's not all because of you! It was all because of this." Dae Ju holds his hand and said with a very low voice.
"Eh?" he wiped his eyes and looked at him to be sure if he was dreaming or he was really hearing his voice.
"Hyung!" Choi San saw him and shouted.
"Yes, You fool! Why you were crying? I am fine!" Dae Ju said.
"Hyung! I am sorry!" he hugged him and start dropping his tears again.
"Ah! Whyyy? Stop shedding your valuable tears!" Dae Ju shouted. He was smiling and also felt proud because of him.
"Ah! Here they go again! Ajusshi! We need to go for practice!" Daniel shouted. When Daniel stay around them, all of the boys staying quiet as if they have no mouth to talk to. And as always, he was talking on behalf of them.
"Yes, you are right! Get up San-ah! You have to listen to your brother!" Dae Ju looked at Daniel and said. Daniel also felt bad for him but when he looked at him, he moved his eyes from him and make a done face as if he can't bear the drama anymore. Choi San stood up with Dae Ju and wiped his eyes, cheeks, and nose with his sleeve. Dae Ju finds him cute and smiled.
"Ajusshi! Mr. Chairman told us to find your replacement. So, it will be better if you don't come here again and interrupt our work." Daniel said.
"What? How could he do that? No! I have to! I am fine! Call him right now! And say him that I am fine!" Dae Ju became surprised and said.
"He will come back but until then, we have to follow his order," Daniel said without any facial expression.
"Fine! I will watch you from there! You guys carry on!" saying this he sighed. He wanted to practice though he was feeling weak.
"No, hyung! You seem sick! You should take a rest for today." Choi San said. He felt that Dae Ju's temperature was higher than normal and seeing the marks on his face, neck and arm anyone can say that he was not okay.
"Okay, but San-ah! Can I talk with you in private?" Dae Ju said and pointed at the outside.
"Here their bromance start again!" said the rest of the boys and make a face on them.
"Okay," Choi San smiled and said. Dae Ju started walking to the street and Choi San followed him.
When they reached very far, Dae Ju stopped and as Choi San was following him, he stopped walking too.
"Where did you find it?" Dae Ju seems very curious.
"Ah! I found it under the couch where you were sitting," he replied.
"Oh! Did you touch any buttons? I mean, have you tried to unlock it?" asked Dae Ju with a very low voice.
"What?" Choi San thought it was a normal digital clock so he didn't try to find out about it. So, when Dae Ju asked him that kind of question, he becomes surprised.
"Ah! It's nothing!" Dae Ju smiled. But he started to thinking.
*Mr. Park said that he sent the messages at night but back then, it was not with him. He tried to send the messages in the afternoon but now he remembered that he didn't tap the sent button. Then, maybe after founding it, San-ah taps the button and the messages have been sent to Mr. Park. What if he saw something?* he looked at Choi San with suspicious eyes. But seeing his face Dae Ju had no feeling that he was lying to him.
"Then, give it to me." Dae Ju smiled sweetly and said.
"You need it? Can't I keep it? It's too cool!" he said cutely. Though nobody says no when a person behaves so cute like him, Dae Ju had to say no to him. Because if it goes to Johnnie or any of those boys, he will not be alive.
"Ah! You like it?" Dae Ju asked.
"Yes," Choi San nodded his head.
"But, My wife gives it to me. And you know, how precious it would be for me? And if she doesn't see it when I go home, she will kill me. Then, what should I do? Should I give it to you or should I buy you a similar one?" Dae Ju said and acted as if he was too much worried about it.
"Ah! You have a wife? You never told me about her!" the boy was a little sad after hearing it.
"I never got a chance!" Dae Ju laughed.
"Then, I can't keep it! If she knows that I took it from you, she will kill me. Won't she?" Choi San also laughed and gave the watch to Dae Ju.
"I don't think she will be that harsh on you!" Dae Ju said with a very soft voice and took the watch.
"Really? How is she? Please tell me!" Choi San was very excited.
"She is an angel. A real angel! She is too beautiful, kind, honest, soft, generous, and gentle. I never saw someone like her before! She makes me crazy whenever she stays beside me. Anyone will fall for her. I think that's why Yeon Hoon falls for her. It's not his fault. She is too loveable that he couldn't hold himself back." Dae Ju said like he was reciting a poem.
"I wanted to meet her!" Choi San said.
"Oh! You wanna meet her? Then I will take you home someday." Dae Ju came back to his sense and said as if nothing happened here. He wore the watch again and acted normal.
"Okay, deal?" he seems very excited.
"Yeah, yeah! Deal! Now, go. They are staring at us!" he pointed at the ground and showed him that the boys were looking at them though they couldn't see them clearly.
"Then, you should better sit on that bench." saying this Choi San nearly went from there.
"San-ah!" Dae Ju called him.
"What?" he looked back and asked.
"Don't tell anyone about it, okay?" Dae Ju requested.
"Yes?" San was confused as he couldn't understand.
"You didn't tell anyone about last night, right? I mean, we go to karaoke and you found the watch." Dae Ju wanted to know if he tell anyone about his watch or not.
"You think I am that fool?" Choi San said and start walking again. Getting his answer, Dae Ju just laughed. He went to the big tree and sat on the bench which was kept under it. He was feeling weaker than before. He was watching over the boys as if he was the cowboy and the boys were his cattle. He doesn't know why but he was feeling happy. When he was watching those boys, some guys came to him again.
"Mr. Rumi!" one of them said and put his hand on him.
"Yes?" Dae Ju got afraid and stood up.
"You have to come with us." another one said.
"Why? I don't want to go with anyone! Why you can't just leave me alone!" Dae Ju shouted but it was seen on his face that he was scared.
"Don't be afraid. We won't hurt you but the boss is waiting for you." the guy who put his hand on Dae Ju earlier said.
"Who is the boss?" He asked but before it, the men pluck him up like a little flower and went away. Choi San saw them from far and he was running to them but he was too far that he couldn't make it.
"Rumi-sshi! How dare you lock my man inside the washroom and escape from there?" Johnnie said angrily.
"Haha! Ah! I can make you understand! Please don't be angry! Haha!" Dae Ju laughed but it was not his original laugh. He laughs to cover his scarred face.
"Is it that funny to you?" Johnnie asked. This time Dae Ju was sitting on a chair and Johnnie was standing in front of him. Maybe he was going somewhere or he just returned from somewhere.
"No!" Dae Ju stopped laughing and said being serious.
"Then why you did that? Don't be afraid! Be friendly. I will not do anything if you tell me the reason. Or if you don't, I will.....got it?" being very soft he asked as if he has an old friendship with Dae Ju.
"Ah! The truth is...." Dae Ju couldn't find an answer right away. He can't tell the truth to him so he was finding an answer.
"Hm.." Johnnie came closer and acted like he was listening to him very well.
"Ah! Actually...." Dae Ju smiled but he was sweating.
"After actually." Johnnie was showing too much patience. His men also didn't know why he was showing that much patience to him.
"Did you see his face? He was terrible! I was scared of him!" suddenly Dae Ju shouted and pointed at that guy who was standing far from them.
"Scary than me?" Johnnie asked and moved aside.
"E-hei! Who told you that you are scared? You are handsome! I am not scared of you! Haha! You are very handsome!" Dae Ju smiled through the pain.
"He was staring at me like this!" Dae Ju imitating that giant guy and make a funny face. Everyone who was there started laughing except for Johnnie.
"Stop!" Suddenly he shouted and glared at them. All of them stopped by hearing him.
"Okay, I wanna give you another chance. And since you are fine now, you can join the race. Don't you?" he said.
"Of course I can!" Dae Ju just wanted to calm him down so he was acting weird. "Then, I will give you a beautiful bodyguard. And you have to keep your guard till the race. Got it?" he came to him again and warned him.
"Yes?" Dae Ju acted like he didn't understand.
"Catherine! Come here!" he called someone and as soon as he called a girl came to them.
"Yes, sir!" she answered.
"You are now in charge of him till the racing day. Got it?" he said to her and nearly leaving.
"But, she is a girl....I can't take a girl as my bodyguard!" Dae Ju said.
"No more talk! Just do what I said!" shouting this he went away.
"Great!" Dae Ju put his hand on his cheek and put his knee on the chair. Then he kept his arm on his knee and sit like an annoyed kid.
"Do you think a girl is weaker than you?" she said and came to him. Dae Ju didn't want to talk with anyone so he didn't look at her. But the girl wanted him to look at her.
"Can I go now?" he asked to another guy with a done face.
"Yes, you have to go with him, Catherine!" a guy said. Dae Ju stood up and start walking on the wrong path.
"Um-hm! The exit is that way." the girl said and pointed at the other side.
"I know! I was just wondering what was there." Dae Ju said and turned back. Though she was quite cold-hearted, she found him funny and tried to hold her laugh. Dae Ju came outside and start walking without looking back. He doesn't care if the girl was with him or not. He was feeling weaker but he was walking fast.
"Wait!" after some time the girl came close to him and grab his shoulder.
"What? Are you tired?" Dae Ju asked to mock her.
"No! But, where are you going?" Catherine asked while breathing heavily.
"Did bodyguards have permission to ask that?" Dae Ju looked stopped walking and looked back.
The girl was quite thin but she looked familiar to Dae Ju. Her sharp nose, thin lips, big ears, medium-sized eyes, everything seems very familiar to him but he just couldn't recognize her.
"Do I know you?" Dae Ju asked confusedly.
"Yes." the girl answered.
