"Rainard told me that you used to go to bed late at night. You even used to take pills. However, I never saw you taking any pills," Charlotte opined.
"You became my medicine," Édouard said.
Charlotte knitted her brows together and then laughed. "You always dodge my question," She said while smiling.
"But it's the truth. I was lonely in the palace. No one was there with whom I could play," Édouard said with a smirk.
"Am I a toy?" Charlotte frowned.
"No. You are my wife," Édouard said.
Charlotte chuckled and looked up at the sky. "Can you see the star with maximum illuminance?" She asked him.
"There are many," Édouard said.
Charlotte pointed her finger to the left and told him the direction where he should watch. "See that one," she stated.
"Which one?" He asked again.
"See from here," Charlotte asked him to lower his head and tried to tell him how the brightest star in the sky was situated above seven stars.
Édouard gazed at her and stopped blinking.
