YanJun could not explain why he had expected Lu Mingyu to be displeased over that. He shook off that thought and walked to Jason's room first. He strictly assigned the day for him and the little boy.
He pushed open the door and walked in to see the bed empty and the boy had laid his bed neatly before leaving. He smiled and helped him smoothen out the bedsheet before walking out of the room to find the boy.
He went downstairs where he guessed the boy would be. Leaning forward against the handrail, he saw the boy talking with the friend he brought home. He walked down to them and when Jason saw him, he ran over and threw his hands around his waist.
He smiled down at the boy and rubbed his head before setting the hair he rumpled in the process. "Dad, today is for us, right?" the boy asked blinking hopefully. He looked like he was praying that YanJun does not change his mind because he was too busy to pay him any attention.
