Chapter 56
Jamie rides a subway for the first time since he awakens in the new world. He walks into the alley with a mind deep in his thoughts. The neighborhood in this part of the city is a bit desolate because it was well-known for wealthy people to reside. Jamie's family owned land and buildings in this area too. He can say that it was safe to walk at night without a chance of being robbed.
The tower is massive and Jamie likes to live here if only it was not owned by his father. Because the safety precautions are established, there are eyes everywhere, and Jamie doesn't want to be watched during his private rendezvous. Not necessarily for anything particular but mainly for the skills that he wanted to hide for a time being.
