Jamie can see Jiseok feels anxious, his fingers are fidgeting while his shoulders are stiff and he keeps biting his bottom lip. The whole ride is eerily quiet with only the whip of air conditioning and the GPS mentions from time to time rounding the sounds.
Busan is a place where Jamie knows the best way to hide until help will come. He told Jiseok to sleep but the teenage boy was adamant and wanted to watch out for his surroundings until later, Jamie grinned when he saw the boy dozing off in the back seat.
Busan is still lively late at night, Jamie advised the driver to sleep in overnight by paying more than their allotted fare. The taxi driver thanked Jamie with a strange expression before they departed and looked for a place to stay overnight.
The city is easily navigated so he decided to rent a hotel nearby. It was a two-room suite and Jamie made sure that Petals kept working behind them shielding their identities from cameras.
