What is Sex? It is an exchange of energy, passion and love from one person to another. It can be for love, lust or pleasure. But sex is the most controversial and coveted act that couples, lovers or curious individuals do to express how they feel for their partner, girlfriend or boyfriend, and or someone we just met at a bar, school, office, event or party. Yet, the sex I'm going to talk about in this book is not about saliva or cum exchanges, some parts of it would have these explicit acts but we will dig deeper what love making is all about. And how we can love with or without sex. My own definition of S.EX. however, is Soul Energy eXchange. We are bundle of nerves, an energy and impluses that trigger emotions that can be worthwhile, rich, and pleasant, or destructive and dangerous at the same time. In this book, you will not be judged, biased or tagged. We will all respect each other's feelings and opinions. Here we will learn to control our own urges and desires that we couldn't just by way of distracting or forgeting that we felt the yearning of libido or that we wanted to have sex with someone or anyone for the matter.
