YOUR FATHER KNOWS THE THINGS YOU HAVE NEED OF BEFORE YOU ASK HIM.

Matthew 6, 8.

What a precious, comforting word this is! At the start of a new year it is especially encouraging: "Your Father knows."

Do you feel pitiable or oppressed? Entrust yourself to Him, for your Father knows your situation perfectly. And with His love He want to make you feel happy. He is your shield and your exceedingly great reward" (Genesis 15, 1)

Are you sad and troubled in your soul? Trust Him, for your Father knows the cause of your trouble. Keeping close to Him soothes your pain.

Are you unwell, in special need and feeling discomfort? Trust Him, for your Father knows all about it. He will make the way of escape" so that you are able to bear up now.

Are you overcome with fear? Do dark shadows weigh down on your soul? Trust Him, for your Father knows your state of heart and mind. He is with you according to His promise, even if you do not sense His presence.

He knows just what you need. His love is unlimited and tender. His grace is sufficient for your pathway from start to finish and will grand you help just when you need it. You are under His care and watchfulness incessantly.

His eyes observe the whole earth, and He is omniscient nothing is too insignificant or too great for Him not to notice, nor is any problem unsurmountable. He proves His power for all whose hearts look to Him with undivided attention.
