Now...
It seems Eshika really can't believe that two days ago she got married and today she went to school as if she hadn't committed a single sin. She couldn't understand how she could live a life like this. Especially yes ..., it turns out that the adaptation that she thought would be easy for her to live, went beyond expectations. The proof was last night. Even though it was clear they were sleeping in separate rooms, in fact Eshika actually suddenly suffered from insomnia. It was almost three in the morning when she fell asleep. As a result, she woke up late. Cursing at Tama who didn't wake sher up, even if it was just a knock on the door.
Impromptu marriage. Sudden insomnia. Wake up suddenly. And the result was she went to school without breakfast. For some reason, Eshika found that Monday to be so annoying compared to other Mondays. Then, as if not enough. When she wanted to calm herself down, she had to feel this again? When she wanted to enjoy her lunch with Velly at their favorite meatball stall, she had to remember that annoying incident again. Especially with Tama's face in front of him.
A servant comes. "Excuse me …, here are the meatballs."
The four of them compactly gave space for the waiter to serve their orders. It didn't take long for four bowls of meatballs to be served between them. The smoke that billows with a tantalizing aroma makes their stomachs even more urgently asking to be filled.
Eshika reached out to the soy sauce bottle. Unexpectedly, Tama also wanted to take the soy sauce bottle.
Velly and Reki looked at each other. Quickly, Velly took a bottle of soy sauce from another table and gave it to Eshika.
"Here you go, Esh."
Keeping her expression calm, Eshika pulled her hand from under Tama's large hand. Took the bottle of soy sauce offered by Velly. Without a word the girl mixed soy sauce, sauce, and chili sauce in her meatballs. After stirring until smooth, he tried to enjoy his lunch.
Silently, Velly glanced at Eshika. Inwardly she grimaced. The nice lunch were gone. After all, how could they actually eat with Tama and Reki? The whole world also knows that Eshika and Tama never get along. But, unbeknownst to Velly and Reki, of course it was their marriage that made Eshika and Tama both feel more and more annoyed with each other.
"Tama!"
Their chewing stopped in unison when they heard a girl's voice shrilly calling out Tama's name. They turned to the source of the voice. Seen a girl with blonde curly hair approached them. His face looks fresh with regular touch ups after the school bell rings.
Tama frowned as she whispered the girl's name. "Laura..."
Ignoring the stares from all the visitors to the meatball stall, the girl named Laura walked past each table. Until they got to their table.
"Tama..., I was waiting for you in my class, but you didn't come." There was Laura's voice saying in an artificially spoiled rhythm. "So you eat here instead."
Whether consciously or not, Tama glanced at Eshika who looked down at her bowl of meatballs. Making the boy unable to guess Eshika's response to the arrival of Laura, the girl who has been Tama's ex-girlfriend since three days ago.
Tama took a deep breath. "I'm hungry, Lau. So, yes I eat."
Laura studied their table. "But, you dined with Eshika?" Laura asked in disbelief.
Eshika's hand, which was originally about to scoop out the meatballs, suddenly stopped hearing Laura's words.
"Pardon?" asked Eshika. "Eat with me?"
Laura's eyes flickered. "Don't you?" Laura saw them. "You two are at the table."
Eshika shook her head. Decided not to serve Laura. In her heart the girl tried to keep her attitude.
Her emotions had been disturbed because of Tere's treatment in class. Then, meet with Tama. Have a table with the guy. And in closing, a coquettish girl who spoiled the atmosphere of his lunch.
"Oh, shit!" Laura gasped. His hands went up and covered his mouth. "Don't tell me you'd rather eat with Eshika than meet me, Tam."
Tama slammed the spoon down. "What do you want, Lau? Coming in immediately makes the mood for eating people go away."
Velly and Reki looked at each other. They could not continue eating in such a state.
Laura was upset. "That… I just…"
"We broke up, right?" asked Tama cutting Laura's words. "Remember? At Canteen. Last Friday I dumped you. Did you forget itu? Do you need me to make you remember itu?"
Blush.
Suddenly Laura's face turned red.
Eshika frowned.
I know that Tama is really annoying being a guy, but does he need to be like this? That's right. What is this guy's heart made of? How dare you say that to Laura?
Some students who were still eating suddenly looked straight at their table.
"Do you have the right to control who I want to eat with?" Tama said looking annoyed. "You know? This morning I overslept and didn't have time to eat." His eyes glanced sharply at Eshika with a glance. "And even though I've eaten in the cafeteria, I'm in a really bad mood."
Laura closed her mouth.
"Now, when I'm about to enjoy my lunch, you just show up nagging about this?" Tama looks increasingly irritated. "Our relationship is over, Lau. Good grief. Write a note in your phone. Make all the wallpapers. Write this: Tama and I have broken up."
Eshika grimaced.
Less rude what else is this guy?
"B-but…."
"You just have to find a guy next time, Lau. It's like you're going to die if you don't date me." Tama looked at Laura. "You won't die if you don't date me?"
A small laugh rumbled across the meatball stall. Laura's face turned red with embarrassment.
"I still love you, Tam."
"Wow..." Tama pushed her bowl of meatballs. Enough to be a sign that the guy really has lost his appetite. "You know why I dumped you even though we've only been dating for two days?"
Laura didn't answer.
"That's because I don't have any feelings for you. It's that simple, Lau. I feel nothing. So, why date if I don't like you?"
"But, why do you want to date me if you don't have any feelings for me?"
Tama frowned and said lightly. "Because you shot me. What normal guy would refuse if a pretty girl shot him?"
"Ha ha ha ha."
Laura bit her lip.
While Eshika looked at Tama in disbelief.
Is this guy aware of what he just said?
"Y-Y-you…."
Tama looked at Laura. "Sorry for that. But, I've decided you're fine. That's better than me having to pretend to like you right?"
"But, why did you accept me if you don't like me?"
"Because I think you can make me like you," answered Tama lightly. "Apparently not."
Laura wrung her hands. His eyes seemed to heat up at Tama's words. Mainly because he felt like he had been publicly humiliated like this.
"Lau ..., if you accept my decision with a cool head," Tama whispered while shaking her head. "All this is not going to happen. But you're the one who made it all like this."
"Tell me, Tam." Laura took a deep breath and clenched her hands at her sides. As if she was making herself strong when she asked. "Do you have a crush on another girl?"
Tama's eyes were rolling. "Fine, if you want to play it like this." Tama's hands flew upwards briefly. "Let you not be curious anymore. I'll answer your questions and please.... Don't terrorize me again and expect nothing more from me."
All the students there, including Reki, Velly, and Eshika, seemed to be looking at Tama when the boy answered.
"Yes. I have a crush on a girl."
