Chapter 91 - 91

The lieutenant was still in the station as the podium was being prepared for him. The microphone was tested to be sure of its functionality while a mini speaker was also carried along and given to one of the officers. The protesters were kept far at arm's length from the police station. 

Other policemen formed a circle around the podium where the lieutenant was to give his speech as two Nigerian flags were placed on the table in a standing position at the tip, one at the right hand side of the podium and the other at the left.

Few policemen came out in an array on two straight lines as the lieutenant was in the middle with three other officers behind him and one in front of him. He was saluted as he made for the podium.
