Kai's arm were around waist as her head was on his bare chest. Kai was still inside her but today was really the best day of his life. He had never felt so good like this before. But why was Doris doing all this? Did she finally open her heart for him? Was she in some kind of threat? Did a Vampire compel her to make her love him?
"Doris?" Kai ocean blue eyes were filled with questions
"Mm" Doris lazily answered as she raised her head to look at his face.
"All you did today....um...are you doing this willingly or someone told you to do this?"Kai asked and Doris smiled.
"I'm doing this willingly Kai. I love you." She spatted out and Kai's face was written surprise all over it.
" It's kinda strange but I'm in love with you. I know I never behaved like one but I had to."
Doris reassured Kai.
Kai averted his gaze to the ceiling as he didn't know what to say. He couldn't just believe what was going on. Perhaps the heavens were at peace with him today.
"Kai? Do you love me too? Can you see me as your wife now? Can you treat me like the way a husband suppose to treat his wife? Can you love me back?"Doris said tearily and Kai's eyes diverted to her.
Kai opened his mouth to say something but then he shut it back.
"Get some rest now Doris. You look exhausted and tired." Kai said.

"No buts now Doris. Just sleep. There's tomorrow" Kai smiled. Doris obediently laid down as she shot her eyes closed. Kai stared at her peaceful beautiful face. Kai also dozed off.

" Kai pushed Doris to the wall as he made an eye contact with her making her forget what happened yesterday and what he just said. He compelled her. He placed a soft kiss on her lip as he flew into a thin air. Doris shut her eyes and tears rolled down.
It was normal for vampire to manipulate humans and compel them but why the hell was she crying?
Doris slide into a pair of jeans with a purple sleeve as she wore her boots.
Doris dashed out from the room, she halted when she saw Gideon and Lucas standing beside the door.
"Like seriously? Didn't I tell you guys to stop stalking me? We are not in the palace!!" Doris yelled on them and they both bowed.
"We are both sorry but His Highness will not take it lightly with us if he finds out that we are leaving you all by yourself" Hiding explained and Lucas simply nodded.
"And who the hell are you working for? I'm giving you my order and you obey me and not him. Aren't you guys tired of doing this boring job?" Doris complained.
"This is what we do to earn a living for ourselves and our families, we have to do our job" Lucas bowed Doris sighed as she didn't know what to say anymore.
"I need a sword" She instantly changed the topic and the guards jaw dropped in sinc.
"For what Your Highness?" Lucas hastily asked , hoping his head weren't going to be chopped off.
"I want to teach His Highness a lesson" Doris answered casually.
Gideon and Lucas looked utterly confused. They practically didn't know the right word to say first.
"Um Your Highness, May I asked why?" Lucas asked first.
"His Highness isn't someone you can match with" Gideon spoke
"Don't tell me you want to fight him yourself?" Lucas pouted.
"Don't underestimate me! I will deal with His Highness and he will never take me for a fool ever in his life again!" Doris growled.
Perhaps Kai didn't know, Doris never lets any of her efforts go in vain especially when she is decieved. The calm and quite Doris he married months ago is dead. This is the new version of Doris!
