Today is the last day before the coronation. Everyone was so busy decorating and preparing for tomorrow. As for me, I had to practice over and over just to be perfect. When it was noon everyone had to take a break before we continued from where we left off.
Queen Mylah, Hendrix and I were having lunch when suddenly a man ran inside the dinning. "Your Majesty we're under attack" The man said. "Who are they?" Queen Mylah asked. "Two Vampires and a Witch" The man replied. "That's strange, no one has ever been able to locate us" Queen Mylah said.
"Do not worry Mother I'd handle it.....Lilith go to your room and don't come outside no matter what" Hendrix said. Hendrix left, Queen Mylah followed Hendrix from behind while I went to my room.
Actually I didn't go to my room, I'm that kind of person who hardly obeys instructions. I went downstairs, I had no idea where the heck I'm supposed to go so i followed some guards.
I got to the place, they were all fighting. It seems like the Witch is pretty powerful, I moved closer and I saw a guy with a red hair. Could it be? No it can't be possible. I just hope it's not who I think it is. I ran to their direction and to my surprise I saw Silver, Diamond and Damian. No....why? Why? how did they find me?
I squeezed to the middle. "STOP!!!" I yelled. Everyone stopped what they where doing. "Lilith?" Diamond said. Silver hugged me and he twirled around. "Do you know this people?" Hendrix asked. "Yes" I replied. "How...how did you guys find me?" I asked. "Oh Lilith we were so worried about you" Diamond said. "What brings you here?" Queen Mylah asked.
"We're here to take her back" Damian said. "King Damian....it's a pleasure to meet you, I've heard a lot about you. Although what I don't understand is the fact that you left your Kingdom to rescue a human girl.....That is something that has never happened before. Now I ask who is she to you that made you leave your Throne to rescue her? Queen Mylah asked.
"What she means to me is non of your business" Damian said. "I'm sorry if we caused problems for you your Majesty...I hope we aren't interrupting something" Diamond asked. "No not at all.....in fact you're just in time" Queen Mylah said. "You, didn't I tell you to stay in your room?" Hendrix asked me.
"I'm sorry" was all I said. "Well since you guys are here, please join us, we were having lunch when you arrived" Queen Mylah said. Hendrix leaned close to me. "Are you dating the Vampire King?" Hendrix asked. "What? No" I replied. "Then why do I smell jealousy all around him?" Hendrix asked. "I don't know" I replied.
"I hope you wouldn't get mad if I do this" Hendrix said. "Do what?" I asked. Hendrix carried me and he walked as slow as possible, Damian walked passed us and it seems like he wasn't happy. "Can I go now?" I asked.
"No.....not now" Hendrix said. Hendrix carried me to the dinning room where everyone one was present. He gently placed me on a chair and everyone started eating.
Unfortunately the dinning room became awkward when Hendrix starts feeding me. I looked at everyone present before me and they looked surprised well except Damian he has this weird expression on his face.
"Open your mouth" Hendrix said. I obediently opened my mouth and he fed me. I looked up and I saw Ocean, she's the girl Hendrix is in love with. I pinched Hendrix and I gave him a sign but it seems like he didn't get it. Ocean left the room and I felt bad so I need to explain things to her. "I'm full" I said to Hendrix. "Alright have a glass of water" Hendrix said, he gave me the water and I quickly drank it up and left.
I ran to Ocean. "Ocean.....wait" I said. She stops and I ran to her, I tried to catch my breath. "Can I talk to you...privately?" I asked. "Sure" she said. We both went to the garden, I sat on the bench but Ocean stood beside me. "Why are you standing?....come join me" I said. "It's not proper for a servant like me to sit with a royal like you" She said.
"Where in heavens name did you get the idea that I'm royalty?" I asked. "Um.....aren't you royalty?" She asked. "No, I'm not so come join me" I replied. She sat down next to me, I sigh in exhaustion. "So what do you think about Hendrix?" I asked. "You and his Majesty would make a wonderful couple" Ocean said.
"What? Do you think that?.....No, no, no, Hendrix and I aren't what you think...in fact his heart belongs to another" I said. "Really?" She asks in disappointment. "Yes.....but I know you love him" I said. "What? I.....I don't know what you're talking about" She said.
"Please.....you can't fool me, I know because I've seen the way you look at him...when you look at him your eyes burn with raw desires but it was later extinguished when you heard you both could never be" I said. "What's the point? He's the future King and I'm just a servant girl" She said.
"A servant girl who has greatness ahead of her....what if I told you that Hendrix has feelings for you, would you believe?" I asked.
"The Prince is a man of great taste, he would never go for a girl like me" Ocean said. Why doesn't she get it? I'm trying to give her hint that Hendrix loves and cares about her. Why is she misunderstanding things?.
