"I'm creed " she took his hand and shook it, there was a heavy hesitance in her, but he smiled and turned her hand over. Kissing the top of her hand lightly. Creed blushed and slowly pulled her hand away. She was still new to the attention, and it made her shift where she sat.
" So you're the alpha's sister. Now I see why he is so tip-top on his toes. You're beautiful. He must be very protective over you huh?"His Charm was undaunting, curt, Creed only shook her head in a silent agreement.
It sounded like a question but it was more a statement than anything. Creed nodded and when she answered her brother called out, earning an eye roll from her." creed? Who are you with? " he walked up to them and saw the man, drake. He huffed rolling his eyes, standing only a few feet away , both arms crossed over his chest. Creed always attracted attention. But this wasn't the attention she needed. "Yes, Kuja? "
"I need you in the morning to come to my office. We need to speak" drake sitting next to creed growled softly, it was a threat but he was merely challenging the alpha with his gaze and Kuja knew it. He merely laughed and stood to walk away before speaking " hello drake, ill be seeing you in the morning as well" his heels hit the dirt in a soft pattern before he was gone, leaving Creed and Drake together where they resided.
Creed did nothing but sigh shakily, it wasn't her brother who made her nervous, it was drake. She felt an ominous pull from her wolf as she looked at the fire. The feeling wasn't normal, but it left her uneasy.Something about drake had her wolf going stupid. He touched her shoulder once more and a shock went flying through her as she looked at him. He smiled at her as if to only get her attention then everything came back to her from that day... He was the guy on the other side of the door. It registered on his face when he saw her put two and two together. " the answer to the question you are not asking is yes that was me and I was watching you return home because my wolf was impatient to greet you properly .but we didn't know you would come crashing through the door so we ran. And got cut by the glass. Badly.." He turned to his side showing creed his arm. There was a new scar from his wrist to his elbow. She gasped and panned her fingers across the scar. " I am so sorry. I didn't even know there was anyone there until Adrian sorta filled me in... My brother I believe is looking for you..he thinks your an intruder..." He blinked a few times and nodded knowingly. " I sort of figured. I heard the conversations this afternoon when you were put in your room. That krux fella is a handful .." He seemed almost passive as he talked.
They stayed there talking for hours until the bonfire finally died. Going back inside they went their separate ways and each to their room. Sleep was nothing but a sweet escape as creed passed out, dreaming of the night and the male she met. Was he her mate? Who knows. And what does Kuja wish to speak to creed with? It racked both their subconscious minds as they dreamed. Night soon became morning, and it became a new day as a new wolf.
"Rise n shine sleeping beauty!!! " I could hear Justin beam as he hopped onto my bed. His weight shifted and landed him upside down on the other side of my bed on the floor. I intended to not laugh but his feet were face up kicking at my bed. " I'm stuck..." He grumbled and I lost all control of my composure. I started laughing and loud enough the rest of the gang came running into my room. Garon krux my brother and especially drake all showed up. When they found the source of my laughing they too busted out laughing as well. " shut up!!! Someone help me please..." Justin pleaded and I snorted. " maybe next time you should weigh your options before landing on my bed" grabbing his leg I pulled up onto the bed. I noticed a very untamed look in Drake's eyes as he watched Justin, my good friend sitting next to me on the bed. A cough was sound and I half smiled.." Guys this is drake.." I gestured to the male standing behind my brother and they all turned with grins and smirks on their face . " sup dude man? I heard Justin announce from my bed as he slipped passed my brother throwing out his hand. Drake just stared and lowly growled . " ahem. While everyone makes their introductions, creed we need to speak." I was hoisted from my bed and gave a weak smile to the fellows in my doorway as we disappeared into my brother's office. " creed I know this whole wolf thing is new to you but I need you to understand that... When you find a mate... It could be anyone.." I knew who he was talking about, but I played as if I were dumb. " ok I get it but... Mates are gross like really? " his glance told me he wasn't buying the whole facade . " creed I know what's going... I see how drake looks at you even though I'm just now aware of you. He is your mate." That line sent me whirling into a pit of extreme shock. " I thought he was but I couldn't tell..." I mumbled almost ashamed. My brother nodded in understanding ." We'll with any new mate or couple you too will have to spend some time. I know he is edging to." I saw a warm smile spread on his face as he dismissed me.
