"Did I really throw up on Alvaro?" She asked Garalog with a frantic expression, holding her utensils with clenched fists while eyeing the young commander across from her.
Her eyes widened in disbelief when she remembered fragments of her memory last night.
Her head slumped on the table as she shut her eyes tightly in embarrassment.
"Are you okay, Gala? Is your head aching? I told you to drink the soup to ease your hangover."
Gala's eyes propped open immediately when she heard Alvaro's low voice.
She looked and gulped hard when she saw his plump lips.
'To think that I almost kissed those lips last night.'
She shook her head vigorously, stopping her mind from further imagining what could've happened if she hadn't thrown up.
"No, I'm fine... don't worry about me, Alvaro." She answered meekly.
The young commander nodded and just shrugged his shoulders and went back to his soup.
