"You think she will be alright, there?" A female voice erupted from a dark room. Two silhouettes came into view when the moonlight hit the open window.
"Of course she will. She's our daughter. If no one believes her, then who else then? except for us." A baritone voice came out of the other silhouette. "And, I'm sure Dylareia will guide her."
"But... what if King Hadissi finds out that she is our daughter? I fear for our daughter's life!", said the female voice, whose tone hinted with apprehension.
The taller silhouette reached for the smaller frame and cradled it in its arms. Its hands gently caressed the woman's hair to ease the woman's worries.
"Hush now, Araera. I know that our daughter will be fine." He comforted the weeping woman in his arms. He was trying to put up a strong façade in front of her, when in fact, he was sharing the same sentiments with her.
"If only we could return to our home, but this isn't the right time yet."
He nodded.
"For now, let's continue pretending that we have lost our memories for the welfare of our daughter."
