The day started like any other day. Nathan Miller woke up by four am to the sound of his alarm. He stood up from the bed like a programmed robot and began doing pushups. Thirty push-ups were his daily routine. He stood up from the ground after the push-ups and went straight into the bathroom.
His showers never wasted time. He had a tight schedule to follow.
He prepared a light breakfast and sat down to eat.
The time was a few minutes after six, a time for people to be waking up but Mr. Miller on the other hand was on his way to the office.
Tardiness was a sign of unseriousness, his father always said. If you can't be an hour early then don't come at all.
