ARIANA'S P.O.V
"Don't get down. You can never trust these people" Mr. Miller warns.
I don't know why he is so tense.
Looking at the woman, she is so frail, she looks like she can be pushed by the slightest wind and the kid is so tiny and malnourished. There is no way this woman can be dangerous.
"I'm sure she's harmless," I say and open the door.
Mr. Miller also comes out of the car.
"What are you doing? You can't get out of a car when you're on a lonely road at this dark hour"
I ignore his statement and walk to the woman with the child.
"?" I ask her and make cute faces at the baby.
"I'm sorry" she murmurs and blows a whistle and at once, in a flash, three men come out from the bushes and surround us. They are all holding knives and cutlasses.
"Shit" Mr. Miller cusses and sizes up the men.
