We had been moving considerably fast for the past thirty minutes to beat time. The six of us sped through the forest heading for the northern islands with Shera creating a sand dune which transported her and the Vladian behind us without falling behind.
"We're almost at the border!" Gor yelled dodging a low hanging tree which Shera moved out of the way elegantly. "We'll be there in five minutes!"
There was so much ground to cover as moving in the day time would affect Nia, D and I in negative ways. We were stronger at night but weaker during the day. Also since we were out of the castle grounds with the protection spells no longer protecting vampires from the sun, D would have it hard moving around as I was a Primordial and would not be affected by it.
