Ramul's POV
Fire rained down without mercy from the dragons above. Spears whizzed past my ears taking down their targets like they were nothing. Magic flowed around the dark forest in heavy waves destroying whatever stood in their way. This was war, this was pain.
I tried to save those I could but it was of no use. The crossbreeds were too many. We had quality over their quantity, but it was no use when the quantity had no end and they overwhelmed us without restraint.
"There are too many of them!" Umbra noted, grunting from slashing through a mage. "There seems to be no end to their attacks."
"We only need to destroy the caster of the spells and the crossbreeds would be done for," I said pointing to the mages flying above us with their blasts affecting us more than we would have liked.
"We don't have enough dragons to take out the mages."
