After a couple of failed tries... I finally get the input I needed to fight the shade of the demon queen.
"Belian. Leave the front to me. Just focus on casting your spell. Especially the Sunray. And 'That'. I will also use 'That'."
"Ho? Already using our brand new Unique Stuff?"
"Of course... We can't afford to waste too much time in this. What if there's more other than this?"
"Probably, but, that's fine. The two of us, Dragonoid and Demon Combination is unbeatable."
I smiled and then take my stance. She takes her stance at the same time as me. With her staff ready to go.
The two of us jumps down... When we reach the ground.
"GYAAAAAAKK!!"
The moment the Fear is inflicted on us, I immediately use Fully Cleanse to cleanse the both of us. But the Demon Queen doesn't change its attack pattern. It immediately goes for my neck to instantly kill me.
I've seen that move a little bit too much. It has gotten stale. Really stale.
"Star Extinction."
I smash the nails of the demon queen and staggers her skill. And I use my skill the moment that happen as well.
"GAAAH!!!"
Of course, since it's my skill, I can move freely inside without any impairment... And of course... I flickered right behind the Queen.
Fire started to burns and explosion started exploding on the queen... The damage continues to add up...
And immediately... I hear Belian says the word.
"Sunray."
I immediately grab the queen's hair and then stop her moving around... Belian Sunray burns the damn queen like she was nothing... her health goes down by a lot... From full, to seventy five percent in one single swoop...
"GYIEEEEKKK!!!"
She screeches. Inflicting Slow and Blind Debuffs on us... I use Takeover to take all the debuffs from Belian and then use Cleanse to cleanse myself...
The queen has turns its attention toward me... And immediately, she let out a wave of darkness toward me.
This attack is very dangerous. It penetrates all of my defense and has one hundred percent attack buff. So it is very hard hitting.
But since I know that this attack is coming, I use Flicker to immediately dodge the attack... I stare at the wall and immediately use Spatial Rupture. It is out of Range, but the set up was there...
Using Complete Wind Affinity, I prepare my spell. Belian immediately let out a flame spiral toward the queen... And I use flicker to go to the side.
I make a wind spiral and it combines with Belian's Flame spiral... Making an even stronger flame spiral... That attack pushes the queen toward my Space Rupture... And she was continuously getting pulled toward the wall...
I flickered toward Belian and stand side by side with her.
"Are you ready, Belian?"
"Of course... I'm ready."
She pointed her Destruction Staff toward the Queen... I started the process to slay the queen... I don't know if this is going to be enough, but it should get the boss down to at least ten percent health...
"Attack Amplification."
Attack Amplification is a Unique Skill that increases everyone attack by one hundred percent. It is very strong. But it's just an attack buff that gives a very high increase...
But the real stuff is with Belian.
"Forbidden Time."
Immediately, all of our cooldown in our equipment and skills were reset. Forbidden Time is also a very OP skill. But it uses a lot of MP. But since she's a Demon, her MP Regen is very high from her Demon Blood.
Once again, I use Spatial Rupture to pull the boss toward the wall again...
I flickered on top of the boss... And immediately, burst it down with...
"Star Extinction!"
"Sunray!"
I flickered back and immediately, we watch the Demon Queen screeches in pain as we watch her Health goes down by a mile...
And as I expected, it's not enough. There's a sliver of HP left... And this is where it's the most dangerous... Because, she enters the berserk mode. Her defense went up by three hundred percent, and attack went up to basically where she can one shot with any hit that lands on us. And all of her attack is now a projectile...
Tons of black projectile appear all around her...
"Unfortunately for you though... I'm your natural counter."
Demon and Dragonoid is like Light and Darkness. We counter each other ability.
With Sylph's Blessing, I can see the flow of the wind. That counters the Projectiles movement. But, even if I can dodge that, Belian will get hit. It doesn't matter if I die, but if she dies, we need to start the quest all over again...
I decided to go all out in this. I overworked by brain and went full focus...
The world goes very slow... I read the flow of the movement very easily... With Full Wind Affinity... I change the flow of the projectile by making a very special road where the projectiles will return toward the boss as a precaution. In case Belian's damage isn't enough...
The boss shoots all of that projectiles toward us... But, since I already use my power, the projectiles moves around the room without damaging anything...
"Belian."
"Understood, Exu."
Belian also goes all out. Heat Wave, Flame Wall, Flame Spiral, Fire Balls, Inferno Storm. She let out every single attack in her arsenal to kill the damn thing... And the boss is very resilient. It destroy the magic that Belian puts out. But even then, it's not enough... Because at the end of the day, Inferno Storm spawn a lot of Meteor Fireball...
And when one hit, the projectile that the queen let out, bounce back toward her. We killed it after going all out...
"With that, subjugation completed."
I sigh to let my focus out and then look toward Belian... I was expecting her to look very happy. But she looks very dead. Like her eyes is the eyes of a dead fish like she's disappointed on something.
"Eeeeh..."
"What's wrong?"
"Exu... It seems like I still have quite a bit of trials I need to do..."
"... Huh?"
"Complete Three Raids in Demon Realm. Destroy all the Demon Lord Tombs. And lastly, Kill an Ancient Black Dragon."
I see... That's pretty easy. I think I know why she need to kill the Ancient Black Dragon though. It's a normal rivalry between Dragonoid and Demon...
"That's fine. For now, let's rest up for a couple of days. Let's work out to keep our health and then, we can go back in three days. Capiche?"
"Capiche~ Let's go out of the Demon Realm first."
So, we did that. We leave the Demon Realm and log out in a safe zone...
For the next three days, We only log in to gacha and enhance my BHG n WHG, as well as her Destruction Staff..
