In the far, far south region of the GreatLand, where the skies seemed like it hadn't lightened up by the sun. Sea water splashing at the obsidian on the shore which blocks and protects the demons from burning from the sea salt. A jagged volcanic landscape oozing fire and devoid of life. The bleak hell was formed after the demons arrived there. In the middle of it, there was a structure of something like a fortress/castle made up of rubble and obsidian orbs through the use of demonic magic by the demons who occupied the place, 'The Kingdom of Abyss'.
His wings flapped in the wind while he flew up in the sky as he spied over from the Alliance and then he traveled back heading into south across the Gloomy Forest and Death Valleys. Sharp beaks that are hooked on the end with having a bald and featherless head, a vulture. He landed as he arrived at the abyss. From vulture, he changed back into his normal form as he was pictured as a man with a look of his late thirties, thick beard, dark hair and eyes with a slightly skinny body shape, it was the demon-god of shape shifting 'Ordog'. "Master, they've been building their own army against us. They betrayed us!" adenoidal voice of Ordog, kneeling down as he speaks to his master, referring to Lucifer.
Standing back right next to his throne. After being fallen, Lucifer possessed the man used as his vessel, the man in his late twenties with a good looking face like a prince, long black hair, no beard, wearing a black leather jacket, black leather pants, and black leather combat boots. A reddish-black fiery aura blazing on his trail every time he moves and burns the ground every time his feet step on it, leaving burnt foot prints on the ground that shows how powerful his power was compared to other demons.
"Do you know what would happen to the one who dared to betray me?" Lucifer said to Ordog with an appealing voice that matched his facial expression. He calmly said in a cold manner as he grabbed Ordog and choked his neck with his telekinetic power.
"Master... I would never, ever do that to you. Please spare me, I will serve you and I will always remain loyal to you." wheezy voice of Ordog as he struggled to breath difficultly while Lucifer choked him, Lucifer put him down as he begged, speaking through his wobbly tone of voice showing that he was extremely frightened.
Lucifer touched his forehead while Ordog was kneeling down in front of him as Lucifer offered him his power to make him a stronger demon. "Accept this small present from mine. It will make you stronger, you will be my eyes and my ears everywhere you go, I can see and hear everything through you. But if you try to betray me, just a snap of my fingers and you will be gone." Lucifer said to Ordog as Ordog responded with mixed feelings of gratitude and anxiousness knowing that if he still wanted to live long, he should obey him or at least not to betray him.
Two weeks earlier, in the kingdom of Atlantis right before the day Hermes lost the Divine Glaive into the hands of Lilith. Inside the forum hall of Poseidon's castle, there was a round table for where the kings and other high-ranked members of the Alliance were there for an important forum. This was the day Hermes presented to them the powerful sword, the 'Divine Glaive' and how powerful it is enough to kill demons.
"Queen Taneisha of the MoonGlade didn't want to get involved and she didn't want to risk her people to this war but rather she gave us this powerful sword, 'the Divine Glaive', which is empowered by the runes that were carved on its blade. That can be activated by certain incantations and the blood of the one who's holding the sword to use it.... It's just a matter of who will be the righteous one, the one who had a pure heart capable enough to use the sword on its purpose." Hermes said, as he loudly and appealingly announced and clarified to them the purpose of why Taneisha gave them the Divine Glaive.
"How about we will going to have a competition? A competition of the champions which that whoever win the contest will be the one to acquire the Divine Glaive." said by the voice of an old man of his late fifties, King Bryxton, the king of the Alliance Empire.
"Fair enough, indeed." said by the appealing tone of voice of a man in his mid thirties, King Arthur Pendragon, the king of Camelot, a small kingdom somewhere inside the northern part of the Alliance Empire. Arthur was a king and a soldier of his own who himself bravely fought the demons together with his troops.
After their forum, the kings and other high ranked rulers returned into their own respected homes including king Bryxton but instead of riding on his own ship and carriage on his way back home, Hermes invited him to ride with him into his air floating ship called Zeppelin, a convenient transportation material that Hermes invented himself. Zeppelin was a ship that floats or flies up in the sky instead in the water that was empowered by huge hot air balloons instead of rigs but they still use a few rigs in it for extra power of which the wind can help it to pull towards the direction wherever they wanted to go.
Unfortunately, they didn't know that this was the perfect time to be hijacked by the one and only who desperately wanted to get the Glaive, Lilith. But she wasn't the only one who's behind all of this terror. Lucius shared something about their common interests as he made a deal with her by tipping her about how the glaive can help her that absolutely caught Lilith's attention to it for her big purpose of using it against her fellow demons, so that she can protect her kingdom and herself from the chaos they bring.
"Hijack their ship and you'll kill the king for me and in exchange, you can have the Glaive." Lucius said. "Because I can't kill him myself, it must be someone, something like not a friend of humanity, a demon like you was perfect." he added.
A day later that time, Khael investigated the area where the the zeppelin was hijacked. A lot of people were dead including the king.
"Don't you dare to resurrect him. He didn't give you the order for this." a mysterious man in a robe said to Khael...
Instead of Khael to resurrect the dead king, he just gave him a burial that's why on the time Dante and his company got in there, they never found the king's corpse.
On the other scenario at the present times somewhere in the castle of Necropolis inside the hall that was well decorated by beautifully hanging chandeliers with its black candles in it that lightened up the whole place inside and a long, blood-red carpet on its path that connects onto where the thrones of Dracula and Lilith are.
Lilith and Dracula were sitting on their thrones as Dracula comforted her after failing to acquire the power of the Divine Glaive.
"I can't believe that he'll go rogue like that! And your son, Alister, was with him too. Alister will put everyone in danger because of what he did. I always thought that we could finally break free from Lucifer." Lilith said to Dracula like she was about to cry out of frustrations.
A dark powerful presence as strong as her she sensed somehow. It was the demonic-werewolf-king Marchosias who entered the hall as he walked the carpet path furiously heading towards them to have an argument about what happened to Lilith.
"How could you be so weak to be defeated by those useless creeps?! And now, He's coming for us! We're already dead you know that?!" Marchosias argued, he was so mad as he was about to attack Lilith but Dracula stood in front of his way. Their werewolf and vampire packs were also about to engage in a bloody fight.
"Instead of us fighting in the time of crisis like this, I think we should start planning a solution! Do you know who was the useless one? You are Marchosias, because all you did was hide, because you are just an afraid little dog biting its own tail!" Lilith said.
Because of that, Marchosias just left along with his pack and the insults he received from them. They knew that the real war had now begun. When the first they got in there, they were just an angel without wings that had to possess a human as their meat suit. They are weak but way much stronger than the creatures living here on earth. As time passed by, they were consumed by the sins they have been committed from the start as the darkness around them ate their souls.
In the other scenario somewhere in the northeast region of the GreatLand, in a place with a tundra climate where Dante and his company together with Hermes that they just rescued from Lilith's cruel hands recently. They were planning to take on a north path heading back into the MoonGlade. They don't know from behind all, Queen Taneisha helped Lucius and Enda to tracked them down after Lucius came into her and he told her about things from Dante and Arielle that they were very dangerous fugitives who escaped from them. On their way, Queen Taneisha, Lucius and Enda together with a hundred of their Alliance knights surprised them.
"Hello, my old friends. Well, well, long time no see, you missed me?" said Lucius.
"Wait, Queen Taneisha, what's the meaning of this?" Dante said.
"I was a fool that you've been lying to me all this time." Taneisha replied.
"No, everything he said to you was the real lie." Dante said.
"Give up yourselves up and give my sword back to me." Taneisha insisted.
"Dante, return her sword to her and we can still escape them, come on give it back to her." Alister suggested.
Dante was about to throw the sword but Lucius baited him through kissing Edna in front of him that made Dante annoyed giving himself a thought of killing him as hatred erupted upon him. He used the sword, as he uttered the incantations of it to activate its power. Hermes told them recently about how to activate the power of the sword after they rescued him from the pit. So now, Dante was thinking of using it. After he uttered the incantations, he sliced his palm with it for a drop from his blood tribute to activate the power of the sword. Green lights were coming out from the runes carved on the sword's blade as the light spreads throughout Dante as he has now possessed its power. Alister and Arielle were stopping him from engaging in a fight but Dante didn't listen as he charged towards Lucius with the sword. Lucius spawned some Treants using his magic but Dante just killed them all with the sword. Lucius made a very long and huge vine coming out from the ground and slapped Dante with it but Dante just sliced it with the sword it just showed how powerful the Divine Glaive was. He was about five meters near from Lucius as Lucius was petrified like he had nowhere to go. The knights surrounded Dante. All of the sudden, Taneisha grabbed the sword using her telekinetic power connection with the sword.
"Enough! The sword was supposed to be used for killing the evil!" Taneisha furiously said.
"You don't know how evil that man you're with... Down in the dungeon where they imprisoned me, I was about to escape when I saw them holding a prisoner. It was King Bryxton's son. They put him in the cage near of where I was." Dante said as he exposed the truth.
"I don't care of you humans! You're nothing but a fraud and greed." Taneisha replied to Dante.
"Hic gladius non potest nisi puro corde evelli et suam possidere potestatem." Taneisha uttered another incantations as she reactivated the rules of the runes and she pierced it down through a huge solid rock. "Only the purest one can pull out and possess the power of this sword. From the Divine Glaive, now it was called the Excalibur." Taneisha said and she flew away.
Dante was surrounded by Lucius, Edna and their knights. Luther shape shifted into a cheetah and he run away together with Peebles and Hermes. Arielle used her ice magic but it was not enough because Edna have a dozen of fire elemental mages on her side. Alister was about to dive into a fight but Arielle stopped him and they just ran away too and left Dante alone leaving their selves no choice.
Before Dante got himself shifted into a werewolf, the strong and powerful vines of Lucius wrapped around him and now, they captured him again. They returned to the Empire and conducted an execution of him on the next day when Lucius was to be crowned as king...
