Far in another realm not part of the three main realms, a planet with greenery and nothing else but greenery is calmly rotating in the midst of seven other planets that pours out miasmas of different colors.
Inside the planet of greenery, hidden within one of the many forest is a girl in a hooded robe.
She stays low to the ground and flat to the tree. Inhaling and exhaling to take breaths that she doesn't necessarily needs to take, stops her heart from not beating and pump blood through her body at high speeds to circulate it on time.
Approaching the tree are a group of twelve people, all of them donned in armor and with spears as their weapon. They calmly approach the exact tree the girl hides behind.
They were to reach when the two at the front stop and turns back to face the remaining ten.
"She's not the one, it's one of those trees sleeping beasts." The first one says as he looks around.
"How did you know, was there no pulse, cold aura, no heartbeat, no nostril movement!" One of the ten guys asked as he doubted it wasn't the person they were searching for.
"The thing behind the tree had none of those, it wasn't exuding cold but warmth, snoring in it's sleep, a slow and steady heartbeat followed by a sharp pulse! That's a goddamn soul petrifying Qanda, if you're willing to risk true death by staring at a Qanda that might wake from it's sleep, then be my guest!" The guy says as he walks forward and begin jogging again to continue their search for the person.
The girl behind the tree checked around for any of the guards after her, saying as there's no one around she continues running passing through the dark Forest.
I'm getting out of the forest through the other part she make sure there's no one around and quickly digs a hole in the floor.
She digs a few feet down and links to another part below the ground, a tunnel below the ground leading to somewhere else that only she knows, the path she has been preparing for years. With the title she held, she was unable to leave the kingdom or go anywhere without it being for the betterment of the kingdom, but there would be a day when she needs to leave not for the betterment of the kingdom or per the kingdom wish, but for herself.
She had been anticipating the day that have beloved will come back, the day that news of his return will reach her and the day she will have to go back to him to proclaim her rights and spot in his heart. The day she would have to return to his arms that always exuded warmth that reached the depth of her dead heart.
Although her kinsmen were all the same, dead heart, cold bodies, dead everything, but since the first time she came in contact with him as children, she enjoyed the feeling of being alive.
Their families were not exactly in support if it, but it was her mother that betrothed her to him with the support of her and his family. Since then they would always have dates where they would come to meet each other and have their alone time together.
Although they would always have alone time but they were nothing but just children then, so they only did children things, playing, talking, playing and playing again, but sometimes they would sleep off when they did play and when their parents comes to get them they would have to separate the cold from the hot, as the two would be tightly entangled to each other.
Back then both of them just knew they were together as friends, and they liked each other but it wasn't until the news of his death got to her, that she realized it was more than friendship with how much she missed him and how much her dead heart always ached.
It was when she grew she realized the feeling she was always having since he left was the feeling of love, but she knew he was coming back she knew he reincarnated himself even before the news became public, but as for when he was coming was what she didn't know.
She didn't expect to meet him again and to actually be so close to him without her knowing. She would never had expected him to have reincarnated into one of the lower realms planet she was assigned to poach for her people's outside experience training.
She found him and she is definitely going back to him no matter the consequences it may bring along, but first she had to escape from the battalion sent after her to retrieve her back home, alive or injured.
Walking through the tunnel, she leaves her guard up and her ears out for any suspicious sounds. Walking a few more than twenty steps, she suddenly had a uneasy feeling creep up her spine.
She looked back into the path she came from, although she could see in the dark but it had a range and there was currently nothing within her range. So she placed her hands on the ground feeling a slight tremor from it, her ears picking up the sound of growling and snarling and pushing around.
"Shit! These bastards dare set Zhound's on me!" Without waiting for whatever it is that was making the sound to enter her vision range, she took to her heels and ran, not caring if there might be some guards above on land that will head the sound of the disturbance her feets were making against the pallid hard ground.
Behind her not too far from the entrance of the tunnel are four dog like beasts, each of them either pale or grey, and has different patches on their hide. Some patches were with fur, while some were bald and of different color.
The four were pushing each other clashing their protruding bones, trying to get even the most smallest advantage. Until a guard lands behind them with a whip in hand.
"You dam Zhounds, move it! We can't go back without her, she must not get away so move it!" The guard yells at the Zhounds as he throws his whip around causing the zombified beasts to yelp.
With their owner now around to lead them, the Zhounds all stop their playful competition and run down the tunnel without fighting, sniffing about the walls and ground for the scent of the girl.
The guard follows after the Zhounds with determination flaring in his eyes, but the determination wasn't one to kill or to endanger someone's life, but one to help someone in time of trouble.
"Princess... Forgive me..."
The guy suddenly whistles, causing the Zhounds to split and create a path for him to pass through. He runs through the path they created and slides on the hard rough ground his armor boot scraping against the floor causing sparks to fly about.
He twirls his whip in circle as he was sliding, the whip begins to gain a glow as pixelated lights sparkle around it, gathering in number and soon enough the area the guard and the Zhounds were was bright enough for a person to see clearly even whole squinting.
The lights reached a crescendo and the twirling whip was almost indescernible in the light.
"[Demon furied whiplash]!" He yelled with his might, adding strength and vigor to the grip of his hand and then he struck down.
His hand movement throws the whip down as well but the tip hit towards that front and ringing with a clap, a thunder roars out as the gathered light on the whip shoots forward at breakneck speeds.
Two hundred and forty feets ahead, the girl in hoodie is still running was thout looking back. Her robe dancing and jumping about her as she runs, she could see the light at the end of the tunnel coming from a small crack she left there to mark the exit point of the tunnel.
Suddenly a loud thunderclap echoes through the narrow tunnel, the sound wave passes her like a tangible thing, the wind moving with it threatening to push her off her feet.
Her ears were ringing with great static, an echo reverberating deep in her head almost like it was bouncing around her skull.
After the wave of the thunderclap, a searing heat follows, a dim but dangerous light could be seen travelling along the tunnel. The ground above was peeling off like a tree bark, explosions ringing off like applause in a concert.
The girl eyes widen as she sees fast approaching radiant storm filled with destructive chaotic energy, held together in a light capsule.
"Shit!"
She sprints towards the crack with the peering like ray of light, that now seems to be a ray of hope. She was about to reach it when the destructive storm draws close to about forty feets, and the edges of her robes catches on fire.
She jumps in hopes of reaching the crack and pulling what she kept there but it was no longer possible with the ball of energy rolling in fast, so she turns around and unsheathes her sword.
Waving it around, she sends a slash of great energy as well to the incoming ball and the two collide nine feets in front of her. A bright flash and a big bang.
Kaboom!!!
