The only thing she required right now was a doorbell, and it was the only thing that arrived. She had been genuinely bored all morning, but thankfully the party was about to start. She should finish up with this and go back to bed. Jess, try to have fun. Before leaving her room for the front door, she reminded herself of this.
When she opened it, she discovered a man who had the same attire as the registrar. "Good evening, Mrs. Cooper. I was told to deliver this to you." He was holding a hanger, and Jessie got the hint that it was her clothes that were being brought to her.
The man gave the clothes to Jessie when she reached out her hand. "Thank you."
"The party starts at seven." He said this, then turned and walked away from her.
