Din patiently awaited Sierra outside the church. When she stepped outside, she turned to look behind Din and saw that Jessie would be at the wedding, but covertly.
"The program is about to start. Why did you call me out here?"
Din sighed. "I worry about you, Sierra. I'm aware that you haven't been speaking to me, and I'd like to know what went wrong."
"Can we discuss this later?"
"Well, the fact that my sister isn't speaking to me bothers me."
Sierra scoffed. "Brother, I've been busy. After the wedding is over, we can talk more about this. Come on, now." She didn't want to bring up Jessie in conversation. If she started talking to Din about Jessie, he would be wary.
Din followed as she made a U-turn toward the door. Both of them sat down in the middle row. He could not believe that his grandfather would tie the knot for a third time. Even though he is getting older, he still enjoys marrying young women.
