"Where are we?"
Meixiu looks around the unfamiliar place where Qi went in. Qi smiles widely before she points at the sign.
"We're in Kidnyland! An amusement park!"
Meixiu's mouth forms a circle as she looks around the place. So this is the one she kept seeing on their television.
Meixiu remembers that she had never stepped inside an amusement park. She remembers that she kept on begging her father that they should go there because it seems fun.
But because of Changpu's status in society. Because of his enemies, he never gets to bond with Meixiu when she was still a child.
And the worst was when Meixiu was sent to the orphanage. Changpu's enemies knew about where he lived that's why it became dangerous for Meixiu to stay in the mansion.
New members were coming with some wills are killing the successor. Good thing Meixiu's already in the orphanage when they arrive.
And because of that decision. Meixiu became lonely and doesn't have the freedom to roam the city of Jiangqiao.
"Like the organ?"
"Like that! Though only if you pronounce it."
"Anyway, inside will be fun. Let's go!"
After speaking, Qi grabs Meixiu's hand and drags the girl inside. Meixiu's eyes widen in shock upon hearing a lot of screams and laughter.
She looked around and saw lots of rides that has tall body metal. One ride caught her attention.
"Let's go there. That looks fun."
Qi follows Meixiu's index finger and gulps upon seeing the roller coaster ride. She smiles awkwardly at Meixiu.
"Are you sure? You might faint."
Meixiu looks at Qi as if she's telling a funny story.
"What are you saying? I've seen drops of blood, guns, bombs, grenades and never faint."
The people around them look at Meixiu in confusion. These causes Qi to bow down and smiles at them apologetically.
"Ms. Song, you can't bring it here! There are so many people!"
Qi moves closer to Meixiu and whispers in her ear. Meixiu smiles and nodded her head.
"I know and I'm sure they're not gonna talk about me."
"That girl is weird. She said she saw blood and guns!"
"Maybe she's from a gang."
"Yeah, she does look like one."
Qi looks at Meixiu but the tall girl is busy eyeing the roller coaster. She sighs and drags Meixiu to the ride.
"Let's go. Are you going back to your house later after this?"
Qi paid for their tickets. Meixiu nodded her head.
"Yeah, I need to cook for my wife and mother-in-law."
Qi stops and looks at Meixiu.
"You have a wife!?"
Meixiu nodded her head and furrows her eyebrows at Qi.
"Did your father's friend never tell you?"
"No, Uncle Renshu never mentions anyone as your wife."
"It's fine. I never introduce my wife to him nor your father."
Meixiu walks away from the girl, following the man that is guiding the two of them to the ride. Qi was left behind as she thinks for a while.
"Ms. Song already has a wife. I have to tell this to my father later."
She breathes before walking to the ride, where the man is waiting for her to sit on the chair.
"Ms. Song, can I hold your hands?"
Meixiu looks at Qi and nodded her head. The smaller one held Meixiu's hand tightly and shut her eyes.
The man pushes the button. The roller coaster slowly went up. Meixiu felt Qi hold her hand tighter.
The roller coaster reaches the top. The people behind them were already screaming as they felt the rush in their bodies.
Meixiu's left hand was red as the roller coaster dropped faster than she expected.
"AHHHHHH!"
"MOMMY! I WANT TO GO HOME NOW!"
"DADDY! SAVE ME!"
Meixiu laughs loudly when she hears what Qi just said. The smaller didn't mind Meixiu's laughter as she was busy praying for her life.
"I DON'T WANT TO BE HERE ANYMORE!"
"LET ME GO AND LIVE!"
Qi's tears escapes her eyes which Meixiu noticed. She quit laughing and clear her throat as the ride ended.
The seatbelts lift on their own. Meixiu quickly checks Qi.
"I won't come here with you again! I don't wanna ride the roller coaster!"
Qi wiped her tears as Meixiu smiled and shakes her head.
"It's funny how you scream. Is that how this ride is supposed to be?"
Meixiu and Qi walk out and sit down on the bench to rest.
"Yes, that was the first time I feel like I wanted to die."
"Let's try that ride."
Meixiu points at the Drop Tower which Qi replies with a groan.

"Xiaohui, Grandpa wants to see you."
Mingxia opens Xiaohui's door with a slam and glares at her cousin. Xiaohui nodded and cleans her table. Mingxia snorted.
"You better hurry up. A guest is waiting for you there."
After speaking, Mingxia closes the door with a slam. Xiaohui furrows her eyebrows but goes out after she fixes her wrinkled clothing.
She reaches her Grandfather's office in no time and knocks on the door. After hearing a faint "come in", Xiaohui grab the doorknob and open it gently.
Inside, she found her Grandfather in his chair with someone in front of him. Grandpa Zheng smiles widely at Xiaohui.
"Mr. Qi Zedong, this is my granddaughter, Xiaohui."
Grandpa Zheng stands up from his chair and approaches Xiaohui. The girl looks confused but still bows her head and gave the man a small smile.
Qi Zedong is the Young Master of the Qi family from Liangtai. Zedong is currently handling some business in Jiangqiao and decided to pay a visit to Grandpa Zheng.
Xiaohui beauty reaches even in Liangtai, a four-hour drive away from the heart of Jiangqiao. And with what Zedong heard, he decided to look for Xiaohui himself.
And when Zedong first met Xiaohui in the market, he was fascinated and wanted to marry the beauty. But as he grew to learn more about Xiaohui, he also learns about Meixiu.
He's angry when a beauty got wasted because she is married to rubbish. He decided to learn about Meixiu and he's so angry when he learned that Xiaohui's the one working.
Now, he decided to take the courage and talk to Grandpa Zhen, who gladly wanted to help him get closer to his granddaughter.
"Xiaohui, this is Mr. Qi Zedong. He is the heir of the Qi Corporation that's based in Liangtai."
Xiaohui nodded her head. Zedong stands up from the chair he's sitting at and approaches Xiaohui.
"It's nice to finally meet the beauty of Jiangqiao."
With his charming smile, he held Xiaohui's hand and kisses the back of it. Xiaohui became uncomfortable with his action as she awkwardly smile.
"It's nice to meet you too..."
Xiaohui grabs her hand from his grip and looks at her Grandfather.
"Grandpa, I still have some work to finish."
"You can do it later. It's lunch, right? Why don't you and Mr. Qi go out to eat together?"
Xiaohui looks at Zedong who's looking at her with hopeful eyes. She looks back at her Grandfather as his eyes scream that she should accept it.
She sigh mentally and nodded with a fake smile. Zedong's mouth stretches to his ear as he excitedly grabs Xiaohui's hand.
"Let's go. I know a restaurant where we can eat."
After speaking, he quickly drags Xiaohui out of the office. Grandpa Zheng sighs in relief as she saw Zedong being excited.
"Tingfeng hasn't been visiting Xiaohui. I shouldn't just focus on him to be successful."
"Grandpa, why didn't you let me go with him earlier?"
Mingxia suddenly went inside as she saw that Xiaohui and Zedong had already gone. Grandpa Zheng goes back to his chair.
"I was about to but he's so persistent and wanted to meet Xiaohui."
Mingxia takes the chair in front of Grandpa Zheng.
"What are you going to do then? What if he learns about that rubbish?"
"I'm pretty sure he's already aware. He wouldn't have any knowledge about us if he didn't stalk Xiaohui."
Grandpa Zheng looks at Mingxia.
"Be as mysterious as Xiaohui then. Maybe in that way, you can have someone approaching you."
Mingxia stands up from her seat and went out of the office. She sneered before looking back at the door she went out.
"Xiaohui again. When are you gonna acknowledge me and Qiang?"
Mingxia huffed a breath and went away. Grandpa Zheng was left alone and smiles at what he witnessed earlier.
"Qi Zedong from Qi family. What a stroke of luck!"
"I should let Xiaowen know about this and persuade Xiaohui to divorce that garbage."
"Might as well after that, I'll ask someone to kill her."
