Jace was pretty hyped to finally have the apartment to ourselves. He didn't even feel shy about showing it.
The moment Ryan left, he was in my door, knocking and grinning like he had won the lottery. But much to what the imagination could play out in one's mind, we just lay in bed, holding each other.
Jace wrapped me in a protective cocoon, and I held onto him. I love inhaling his scent. It was soothing and had me yawing twice in a row.
It would be no surprise if I fell asleep like this. Though we needed to be careful before morning comes.
Jace attached an alarm to the front that would alert him via his phone when the lock would be turned. He would be able to sneak back into their shared room in an instant.
Though I was actually curious where Ryan was headed, I prefer the comfortable silence inside my room with Jace holding me close.
He kissed the top of my head, stroking my hair.
