"Never marry the one you can live with, marry the one you cannot live without." – Unknown

"This is crazy," I whispered to Jace, my heart hammering and fluttering hard against my chest at the same time.
We were sitting on the porch of a tiny house of the pastor he told me about. Jace pulled one of my hands to his and interlocked our fingers, kissing the back of my hand before squeezing it gently.
"Thank you for putting up with my crazy."
I bit my lower lip, unable to stop the chuckle that escaped my lips. He was enjoying the moment, too; the smirk on his lips and the giddy excitement he was emanating told me everything he never spoke out loud.
"Just be sure not to regret marrying me after this," I replied. "Once the deal is sealed, I will never let you go."
Jace clasped his other hand on our intertwined ones.
