Sandra stepped out of the house wearing new clothes and started walking towards the bus station when suddenly she heard a honk and her footsteps stopped midway.
"Oh my god," she flinched looking at the car and watched the window scroll down with Gabriel's face appearing from inside.
"Hey birthday girl," he said with a pleasant smile making her roll her eyes skyward.
"Common get in," Gabriel said opening the door for her, and without any hesitation, Sandra stepped in.
"You know that you are weird, right," Sandra said as she adjusted herself on the front seat.
Gabriel decided to pick Sandra up from her place before driving to the venue first. He wanted to be just the two of them when he would confess his feelings for her. He wanted it to be special.
"And so are you. Don't you think we both fit well together, just like the missing pieces" he said winking at her with a smile making Sandra slap his arm playfully.
