The next morning news of Piper suffering a paralysis attack reached Richard and he quickly moved her to the hospital. Her family was soon informed about her condition and they soon arrive to meet her.
Her husband and daughter were distraught to find Piper in such a helpless condition. Being one of Richard's loyal servants, he took responsibility and vowed to her family that he would take care of all the hospital expenses.
Thankful for his kindness, Piper's family took her back to their hometown as they couldn't stay there because of their work back there.
Taking care of everything Richard then entered his study. He was still confused about how all of a sudden Piper would suffer a paralysis attack. She told him she had a mild fever and wishes to take a break but, when did her condition worsen this much and she lost the ability to move her entire body?
