"I won't," Gwen said and watched him open his eyes, looking at her with pain.
"I'm sorry, I didn't think about your feelings and hurt you with my harsh words" Karl genuinely regretted hurting her, but now he wouldn't make her cry.
"You are forgiven" Gwen cupped his face and brushed the tip of their nose lovingly.
Karl could finally be at ease. His heart had been racing too fast, and he didn't know what was he supposed to say. But the second he saw her step out of her car, he couldn't hold back and widened his arm to engulf her in his embrace.
"Thank," he said, pulling back and staring at her face that kept smiling at him.
'How stupid of him to make her sad, he thought and held their hand, intertwining it.
" Do you want to eat Ice-Cream? There is one best shop which sells delicious ice cream?" he asked and saw her nod her head like a kid and turn away, walking towards the shop.
