Today we woke up earlier for us to begin training on the sand. This morning the beach is restricted until later on the afternoon where we return to serving drinks to the people here. For now we begin basic training drills and exercises to keep us in check.
Ethel and Master began their CQC drills, Miss Katie and Tina with magic spell drills, and Me and Michael doing jogs across the long beach side. Approximately 5 miles long, we did 3-4 laps across it before beginning on our CQC drills as well.
Punches and kick drills are the drills for today. Blocking and countering next. Then pressure and crushing next.
Very simple number of drills for hand-to-hand combat. Though the uneven terrain makes it interesting since there is no solid ground and the ground shifts around your body weight. Which makes it interesting to fight in.
