Giving time for a breather is nice to relieve some of the stress that accumulates. One way of doing this is by drinking, reading a book, doing breathing exercises, eating your favorite food, listening to music, or sleeping. Relaxing can ease up the burden of a person as he/she goes through something.
Relieving tension is part of relaxing as it removes uneasiness in the body. Tension is a problematic thing for a person, like a rope if the rope is heavily tense and tightly pulled one mistake and that rope can snap, while a relaxed rope with no tension can never snap into two. So for today after hearing some of the news from Master's colleagues and friends we decided to relax and take time to get ourselves in check.
