'How do authors keep a straight face when writing those badass action novels?'

I clearly enjoy reading them, but when it comes to writing them..

'Aargh! So cringe'

The only thing I've encountered more cringe than doing this was a very popular romance animation made based on animal-like superheroes like cats and bunnies I'd rather not think about

I'm sitting on my bed in my room currently agonizing about where to start my novel.

'Hey, I'm Leo,

just another named human in a big but small world, trying to leave a mark of my existence no matter how small'

I'm currently refreshing the content of a website hosting my favorite novel about a nobody trying to survive but ends up becoming one of the pillars of the world, those kind of thing.

It's just so I can get some inspiration, but so far...

I've got nothing.

Like any other reader I'm beseiged by the 'gray button'.

At this point I'm wondering why every website I've visited has a greyed out button, no matter what colour the owner puts it..

'It's always GREYED OUT!'

So~, following the saying 'if you can't beat them, you join them' I decided to afflict others as well with the greyed out button.

Apparently, If you don't name the draft of your chapter it's called by a default 'UNNAMED' title

'In regards to an action novel....

I'll just wing it, I doubt I'd be able to create a badass MC anyway, maybe a temporary MVP'

Every human is unique, and some say 'special', but if everyone is special, then no one truly is .

A single human didn't build skyscrapers, neither did one build a cruise ship, so I find it very odd to say one man could be the strongest in the universe.

"Haaah"

I've probably sighed for- I don't even know - how many times now

'Let's just name my first chapter and go to bed for the day, I have a long day tomorrow'

{Chapter 1: Unnamed}

...

I'm on my way to school once again.

I see everything is normal as always, reading a new chapter of my favorite novel (which they released too late once again), the sun blessing all with the bliss of warmth and the canaries chirping beautifully on the trees.

I see a cat strolling along the street, and breathed in some fresh air...

"Haaah, what a nice day. I wish mornings were like this everyd- why does that cat have purple fur now?"

'And for some reason I can't seem to be able to keep what I'm reading in my head, and everyone just seems to be absent when the show starts'

I looked at the cat again,

The cat was just staring creepily at me from the other side of the street, waiting (probably for the traffic lights to turn green).

"The clouds are blue now too. Oh, I understand now, I'm in one of those dreams where I'll start fighting for my life and eventually manipulate it to my preferred ending"

This may not be common, but for a while I've been able to choose how my dreams end, turning a bad dream to a relatively less bad one with an acceptable ending.

The lights turn green and the cat starts crossing the street.

I then start to hear the horns of a really loud truck

HOOONK!

Blankly, I said,

"Ah, truck-kun is coming"

I noticed that the had cat stopped right in the middle of the street and it continues to stare at me

And I stared back,

'Don't look at me, do you really think I'm dumb enough to come save you'

The truck gets nearer, then it swerved due to the damn cat being in the middle of the road and miraculously ended up advancing in my direction.

'I'm so suprised'

with a blank face I just took a quick right at the nearby corner and let the building tank the truck for me

BOOOM!

The truck just bulldozed through the side of the building, well this gave me enough time to dodge the truck, so It eventually crashes into a building on the opposite side of the road and then stops.

These kind of things happen often in such scenarios, I was able to dodge because I wanted to be able to dodge, so the truck or whatever it is trying to give me a bad nightmare appeared to go slower.

"Meow"

I looked down and I saw the cat staring so creepily at me, causing a shiver down my spine.

I slowly backed away and distanced myself

Suddenly, the world seemed to explode with noise.

Then a vast shadow appeared on the ground and I look up,

Just to see a freaking plane heading my way

I sighed

"Haaah, as long as I don't die in my sleep, it fine eitherwa-" CRASH!

...

I was jolted awake.

"Haaah Haah Hah Whew, what a ride"

"Have I transmigrated yet?"

I jumped from my bed, opened the curtains and looked out the window.

I see a familiar scene...

The beautiful blue sun hanging in the sky, the silvery-white clouds, cars and strange pets flying around, people in all sorts of attires going about their daily activities in their own unique way, and a colourful world staring back at me.

I stared blankly at the view

"Hmm, I'm alive, Yay..."
